Remote control doesn’t work as it should. For the price range it doesn’t deliver what one should expect from.

Extremely low hardware to download and show the pictures of the ART function. I am subscribing and paying to display the ART pictures, but after 6 months, I only see 4 or 5 pictures, because there is always a bug, a delay, or a problem downloading. Waste of money

Screen cracked in box - Samsung won't replace!

The screen was cracked when I took the TV out of the box. Samsung is refusing to replace it. Don't waste your money on their products.
