Our designer recommended this frame TV and although I've had several Samsung TVs over the years, I was unfamiliar with the frame TV. We bought and installed it and it's a breeze to use and excellent to watch. We subscribed to the service to have a multitude of images, paintings, all kinds of art, when we are not watching television so we can enjoy it whether it's off or on. The smart TV function works perfectly and the remote is easy to use. It is a real conversation piece and a wonderful television.

It has a beautiful picture with realistic colors when it is turned on and is a beautiful picture when turned off. It adds an artisic flare to my room. I am looking to install another in our RV. Love it.

Plugging a flash drive allows pictures to slide show one every few seconds (not adjustable). This function requires navigation of menus when the TV starts. Some picture formats are not supported. Really, Fame is meant to use with paid art subscription. This requires loading the app on your phone and paying samsung. Any of your own pictures are loaded to the cloud and streamed to the TV via wifi. Streaming your own pictures is partially supported without the paid subscription but you give up customization of features such as how often to change pictures. Overall the hardware is fine. The TV software is poorly implemented.

I'm disappointed that this model does not come with the free limited gallery though. Overall, this 32" is not as good as the same year 65" that I have in my living room but still better than many displays I've owned.
