The quality for both tv and art is sub par. But its rhe size that suxs they did t put the 4k i to this size bit it is all that fit for the art area we needed. UI is also super slow when doing ANYTHING. My advice is to avoid the 32” 55”+ only! On a positive note the matte fonish is awesome

Ericpnw,
We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your Frame TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.
For further assistance with settings adjustments, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for: • LiveChat • Manuals, Software, & Warranty Info

Cannot say enough great things about this product. We bought this product again after we thought we had an internet issue with our other one. The upgrade on the glare on the screen is amazing. Everyone thinks it’s a picture frame. We own a tiny home and this looks fabulous in our home - the perfect fit!

Im giving 3 stars because while the tv is awesome, I ended up retuning it because I didn’t realize I needed to build a box to hide the cords. I just wanted to hang above my fireplace for artwork but it didn’t work nicely without spending a lot more money. I also was very disappointed that the frame is not included or some sort of discount given to buy “the frame” when you purchase this tv - another $200 on top of the already expensive tv was just disappointing. I have been thinking and planning for this for awhile but I didn’t research enough I guess because I just didn’t realize all the extra expense involved once I purchased it.

Be Sure to Understand how this TV attaches to Wall

I just purchased the 32" Frame TV and really like the idea of what it could do. I wanted to attach it to my current wall mount and spent considerable time researching to see if this could be done including contacting Samsung twice. Bottom line is you cannot use the 100 x 100 Vesa mount and must use the Samsung attachments which mount it flat on the wall. I understand this but wish Samsung or Best Buy would have been able to answer that question upfront. Samsung service seems clueless. I'm the owner of 3 Samsung TV's I like then and you pay a premium for them. Sadly service is not part of the package. I will return the Frame TV tomorrow and go from there

Diam,
I’m sorry to hear of the misunderstanding of the specifications on Samsung’s 32” Frame TV. Please know this model does not feature VESA support and is only compatible with its' included SlimFit Wall Mount.

It's ok. I have it standing up, so that means that the natural antenna to it doesn't get all the receptions to the channels and the antenna has to try harder to get reception. The art is ok. If you are a techy you would love it. I use it minimally so I don't gush over its' features. Oh and the screen is small because I have it standing up. To give you a picture of what I see.

Beautiful picture! Very happy with the TV! Need to get used to the remote. Do wish a program started
immediately without so many extra clicks to locate.
But I do enjoy the picture so I will learn to find what I need.

I’m loving the look and aesthetic of my Samsung Framed TV. It’s looks so much like art that I often just stare, because I can’t believe the picture quality. I’m definitely thinking about changing out my television in my bedroom with another Samsung Framed TV.

Great for looks but the sound and picture quality is not great. Even turned all the way up it’s not very loud. Thankfully this is just for my master bathroom so it’s perfect for that. Wouldn’t recommend for a main TV OR TV YOU plan to watch most of your movies or sports.

This is the worst TV I have ever purchased. I regret the purchase immensely. The TV disconnects from the Internet all of the time, and it cannot work without Internet. Every time it disconnects I have had to call Samsung support, which takes a good hour. Save yourself the money and headache, do not buy this TV.

Bought the 32 inch and the 50 inch and I must say the 50 is better in every way but with that being said the tvs are just ok and the picturesthat are free are not great and you have to pay for a subscription to get more and its not worth it but if you just want the tv its fine
