Not what we expected. Doesn’t have sensor motion and it’s not 4K like.

You’re paying for the aesthetic, the quality isnt the best, at the price its at i wonder why they didnt make the picture quality worth paying for $$$$ also keep in mind you have to pay to upload a picture, its 50 bucks a year or a monthly fee..if im not mistaken. I returned mine and got the LG oled.

Just don't buy this Tv. Im shocked Samsung would release such a terrible product. It like literally never works. I only got it to use for art, and the smart features. The smart features don't work, the routines don't work.
The repair tech from amazon suggested I buy an apple tv and use that instead. On a 600.00 Tv!
A 600.00 tv that I don't even watch tv on. It's been repaired once (Which the Samsung tech came at 5:50 AM! Yes am, like it was dark outside. And now they want me to mail it in.
Not only do I not have a working TV, but i've lost more in labor hours trying to get this thing repaired, then it cost to begin with.
At this rate, its easier to throw it away than deal with Samsung.

Faulty Remote and Buggy System

Tv is fine. Overall good quality. The remote how ever disconnects every 2 minutes rendering the television useless. The remote will not pair with the brand new tv. System setting such as start on last used app also does not work for third party apps like YouTube TV or Sling.
May need to return.

DruTV,
We appreciate you sharing your experience. Please keep in mind the Autorun Last App function may not be supported depending on the app used.
To resolve remote connection issues, you may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After performing this reset, you will need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
Please also check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
To ensure your TV’s performance is fully optimized, please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an update available by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
I hope these tips improve your enjoyment. If you need further help, please call Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for: 1) LiveChat 2) Manuals, Software, & Warranty Info
