Check Specs Carefully on 32" Frame TV (2020 model)
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I have no doubt the picture would have been nice, I had to return this TV for several reasons: 1. It's 1080P, not 4K. Samsung makes a 32" QLED 4k TV, so why not with the Frame model? 2. No wired Ethernet port on the control box. Only wireless. Deal breaker. 3. OneConnect cable on this model is only 8' long. NOT 15' as stated on the product specs. Deal breaker for me. Need at least 15'.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent tv, this was an update from my previous smart TVs no only does it sit flush on the wall and have picture mode but it also has practically removed my need for a separate tv box Roku, fire stick appletv as most things are all within the tv

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Too expensive for what it is. Does not have motion sensor to turn on as advertised by Beat Buy. You have to subscribe for most art. It is very thin though.

Picture good - all else Fail
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good TV but lacking expected features of a new 2020 model. No PIP. Remote is very basic and cumbersome to do typical tasks (typing in a channel number without a keypad). Less inputs of the larger models, and wire to connect box is quite thick (far from invisible). Picture quality is good, although installation instructions are very poor. The mounting template has two variations for mounting, although no explanation of the difference or which is correct for the 32." The mount for the 32" is much cheeper than the larger TV version mount, and the screws and anchors are very poor quality. All instructions are in pictures - no words. Website was of equal help - Good Luck.

The Frame 32"
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very high quality TV. Although it is a pricey for the size, couldn't be happier with purchase of The Frame. Top-notch components and user interface. The art mode looks great even if you have the TV sitting on a tabletop. Comes with 20 free works of art (make sure you call and ask for that if it's not included when you turn it on). The picture is incredible for a 32" TV, and the smart box that connects everything is much better than trying to plug cords in to the back or side of a TV. The included free Samsung TV has lots of solid, free TV. The apps respond quickly and the remote is so easy and intuitive to use. Would strongly recommend the 32" as a bedroom/office TV.

Great TV, disappointing mount and cable
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointed in the cable used to connect the tv to the one connect box. I have two other size frame TVs. For the price, I’m disappointed that Samsung didn’t include the same mount and one connect cable as is included in the other products in the family. Otherwise, satisfied with the picture quality and features.

Not worth the price
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have a 55” in our living room and absolutely LOVE IT! We love our 55” so much I decided we needed one for our room and decided to go with the 32” but it’s not the same as the 55”. First it DOES NOT come with the invisible cable which defeats the whole purpose of the tv and blending it in. It has a chunky grey cable, I thought no big deal I’ll order the invisible cable but it’s $300! For that price we should have just bought the next size up that comes with the invisible cable! Second it does not have the motion sensor which is a feature we really love in our living room, that it auto turns on the art with motion so it’s not just a black rectangle on the wall. Again this is something that makes the frame tv worth it’s price but the 32” does not have. It’s also not 4K but I really don’t notice a difference since it’s a smaller tv so that doesn’t bother me as much. Because of the issue with the cable and not having motion sensor I would not recommend this tv and would definitely advise anyone thinking of a frame to get the next size up so you can have all the features that make the tv exceptional. Otherwise a cheaper 32” will work just as well as this one.

32" model is neutered
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be warned, the 32" version of this TV is missing most of the things that you would want in a "frame" TV. Things that are included in the other models of this exact same series. 1) The any connect cable is not the "invisible" thin version. It is a chunky grey cord. I am not sure if it can be replaced. 2) There is no Ambient Mode, which exists on the other models in the series. 3) There is no motion sensor to allow the art to turn on when you walk into a room. 4) There is no AppleTV app or AirPlay2. (yet) Some of these differences are buried in the specs, and the slightly different product pages on the Samsung website, but it is really not at all clear that this is a half-baked version of the other Frame series TVs. Had I known this, I would have not made this purchase. Unfortunately there really aren't ANY options on the market for a TV of this size, to do both TV and art so I guess I'm stuck.

Not too impressive
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had this TV for about two years and it is fine. While I do not use all of the functions, I do find the multiple remotes to turn it on and off annoying. This can be especially confusing for older populations, as pressing what looks like the off button will put the TV in art-picture mode. While I understand that this is part of the appeal of this particular set, its not very intuitive and a separate button for this function would suffice. Otherwise, good picture, and ok sound.

32" Samsung Frame TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Frame is PERFECT for someone who listens to more music than watching TV as the central theme of a room. When my TV is not on, I can display attractive art work. With the Frame (comes in several colors) installed, the TV blends into the living area as artwork. So far, most folks don't recognize there is a TV. The retracting wall unit brings it out flush with the cabinetry. Nice sleek look!

Very thin TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome QLED smart TV with an extremely low profile. The magnetic frame doesn't come with the TV but there are a lot of options to dress up your new purchase. You can also use your own pictures as art which is very easy to do with the Smart things app. Price is a bit high but if you are looking for something very discrete for a room, this is a great option.
