I’m only ok with this tv.. but ! It’s quality doesn’t satisfy me . Nore does it’s remote options. Sometimes when you press the remote it doesn’t work. That being said. I don’t like the Best Buy return policy that only lasts 17 days then you can’t return it. Not a really good experience in a try out. I’d choose most other TVs over this one and maybe a different store!

Great picture quality. User friendly. No issues with it as of yet.

Really love this TV. Sits flush to the wall and the artwork looks amazing. The only thing I wasn’t aware of is the electronics of the TV are in a separate box that you have to account for. Luckily my situation worked out but look at how all the connections work to make sure your environment works well.

We are huge fans of The Frame and have two other sizes, but strangely the 32" version does not have VESA-standard screw plates on the back! So, if you need to use any other mount than the flush-wall mount that it comes with, you will need to buy an adaptor from a third-party, which does not come cheap!

This is a great TV and art piece! I bought a wood frame that makes it look like a piece of art. the TV hangs really close to the wall and the art that is available from the subscription service is phenomenal

Samsung Frame TV is a beautiful TV; not because of its stylish design, but also its stunning picture quality. Samsung Frame TV is not only a great TV, but it is a very capable smart TV with excellent picture quality.

Absolutely gorgeous TV!!! Fits perfectly in the kitchen for TV viewing while cooking. Fantastic photo frame that doesnot look like a TV at all when the TV is off. Plan to get a larger version for the family room

Absolutely stunning the only thing I wish I knew or I guess read a little more is that you have to pay for the art on the TV and only stays on for set amount of time.

We have a large screen in our living room. This frame TV is great, doesn't occupy any space. Got a in wall kit and hid all the cables, the boxes and apple TV. Looks awesome above our fireplace .

Love the thinness, art display, & having just 1 cord. Great picture. Especially good for over a mantle. It is expensive or I’d replace all my TVs with this one but bigger.

Never knew this product existed. It's virtually a flat, framed picture on your wall (your content choice or choices of picture). But... it is also a full fledged Smart TV! I love it since I was able to enlarge a picture that I always wanted but never could find anywhere. Now, I have it framed on my office wall! Everyone thinks it's a picture too and not a functional TV. Amazing!

These Samsung Frame TV's are great. They are 100% flat on the wall and look like art or a photograph when not watching TV. Great use of space.

Frame series 32 inch tv is excellent size for bathroom or smaller bedroom and truly looks like art when in art settingf

My Samsung Frame doesn’t turn on. But, thank GOODNESS! It’s under warranty! Phew! I’ve got nothing to worry about. Or do I? My TV broke about three weeks ago. Guess what? It’s still broken. “What?” You ask, “but it’s still under warranty! Shouldn’t it be fixed by now?” Great question! “Yes, Samsung is one of the BIGGEST and most established electronics manufacturing companies in the WORLD! They want to compete with the likes of APPLE! I would, indeed, expect the warranty service from a company like Samsung to be top-notch because, hey, they want to keep me as loyal customer.” SPOILER ALERT: it’s not true. Samsung’s warranty service is not even middle-notch. It’s not even half-low notch. It gets zero-notches. The beginning of my repair woes starts with the day that Samsung support sent me to their “authorized” repair shop – UBREAKITFIX (ha!) – in Queens. I arrive – with my tv in hand – to the address to which I was sent and, low and behold, the UBREAKITFIX wasn’t there. There was a building, but no repair shop. I called Samsung support from the location and they apologized and then told me to go to...the same place. I kept trying to communicate the fact that the location was incorrect but, well, I suppose the tech had her data and she was sticking to it. After I finally convinced the Samsung tech that she was trying to send me to the wrong place she said that I can take it to any UBREAKITFIX location, so I did. Fast forward two weeks: UBREAKITFIX called or emailed or texted me not once with an update, they didn’t answer their phone, they’re corporate HQ couldn’t even get in touch with them so I drove BACK to the store and they told me that they couldn’t fix my TV and that I needed to take it to Samsung repair. Huh. Okay, I said, I’ll take it back. Okay they said but we can’t find the one connect cable so now I have the TV without the one connect cable. Back to Samsung: I called support again and they transferred me to “Case Management” who told me that I “can’t just bring my tv to any repair shop.” Gee, thanks! I wish that your support crew would not have told me to do that exact thing. Then – this is the best (worst) part – then he told me that the closest place for me to bring my TV is 1.25 hours from my apartment. Math: this means that I’ll have to drive at least five hours total to get this thing fixed. Add the 4+ hours I’ve already spent...well, this is starting to look like a messed-up case of customer relations, no? I have never – never – bought a flat television without the name Samsung on it and, believe you me, this customer will never – never - do so again. So long Samsung, ‘twas good to know you.

Very nice smaller tv - perfect for our bedroom. The ‘Frame’ design on this Samsung Smart tv is pretty cool. Quite satisfied so far

Very reliable TV. Picture and sound are great. Perfect for our small living room. We are able to have a TV without the bulkiness.
