I also have the 42 inch frame and compared to that this 32 inch version comes with a deprecated version of the smart tv software. Annoying because it is really slow which can only mean one thing. They used a slower CPU/GPU in this small version. If you can afford it get the bigger one.

It has holes on the back for vertical stand.. but doesn’t support vertical images. that’s a huge problem for a lot of buyers. Among other issues : extremely slow and glitching interface and picture mode Menü in particular, the smaller size frame has a 10* thicker one connect cable, it looks more like a regular power cable not “invisible” one connect you’ll see on other Samsung TVs. I couldn’t believe it’s 2020 Samsung, feels like a cheap $200 tv. That’s a return for me and won’t recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for sharing your review of the 32" Frame TV. Please know that your TV can be mounted in Portrait Mode, but some apps or external inputs may not support the full screen.
To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update (ver.1403.1 released on 11/7/20)

It is a very bulky grey cable. With the high price of the frame, you would think it would come with the invisible cable. Also, for the price of the tv you would think they would include a frame. To purchase one is another $100. Plus- No motion Sensor
