Underwhelming and overpriced.

The resolution and picture quality on this is so underwhelming. It does a decent job but was so overpriced for the quality. Without adding my Apple TV the tv would not have been worth it even though I was excited about the art feature. This has prevented me from buying a bigger size frame tv for other rooms.

Thank you for purchasing The Frame 32" TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your TV’s picture. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

Broke after 3 monthS. Don’t buy!

I bought this TV thinking it would be a cool upgrade for my guest bedroom. The T.V. worked great for the first 3 months. It’s such a cool concept, and I loved the art selection. I loved it so much that I planned to buy the 65 inch version for my living room. I’m glad I waited . After about 3 months the tv started to spontaneously blink on and off and flash “The Frame” screen saver. I can’t watch the tv for longer than 2 hours longer (or use the art mode settings) without having a issue. I spent over an hour on the phone with Samsung’s helpline. Nothing they suggested resolved the issue. I now have to take the TV to a service center nearly an hour away because Samsung won’t send a technician out to fix tvs under 43 inches. Im extremely disappointed with this purchase. I paid way too much money only to have it break after 3 months. I’m now back to using my old Vizio t.v. I bought it 5 years ago for a little over $100. It’s not fancy, but it still works. That’s more than I can say for The Frame.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Frame TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly.
Please try a few trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.
2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.
3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.
5) TVs which can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to
Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update.
Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using, and the new version is the latest update.
New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update.

All the plug-in components are on a break-out box. The software is beautiful as well. You can display pictures on this set and display like a frame, as the name suggests.

AT TIMES IT MAKES A SOUND THAT SOUND LIKE I HAVE A RAT IN MY HOUSE. AFTER I HAD CHECKED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, I NOTICED THAT IT WAS THE TV. I BACKED UP PART OF A SHOW I WAS WATCHING AND I COULD HEAR THE SAME NOISE EACH TIME. BAD SOUND, PICTURE TO DARK AND CANT'N KEEP IT FROM REVERTING BACK EACH TIME I ADJUST IT. SOUND NO CONSISTENT, HAVE IT TURNED UP TO 60'S TO HEAR AT TIMES AND DOWN TO THE 20'S BECAUSE IT IS TO LOUD.
