I love my new refrigerator. Did have issues with service and delivery. Working in retail for 40+ years I am honest to my customers and I felt that the delivery team treated us poorly. When we tried to resolve the issue we had to call the customer service center, because apparently you cant call the store directly, and no one called us back to help resolve the issue. Spent two hours on the phone with the second call I had to make to get the issue resolved. There was a large dent on the side of the refrigerator and the service person recommended to have them send me a gift card for the inconvenience and to just keep the refrigerator.. i chose to have them pick up the one they left in my driveway and bring me a new one. The store in Lincoln,NE needs to be revisited by corporate as many of their employees dont care about how they treat their customers. I am a solid customer and have made several big purchases there, but the service is sub-par. Hopefully you can rectify the customer service.

This is probably the best refrigerator that I’ve ever had. I cannot stress enough the value that you get from this fridge. Trust me this fridge comes with plenty of space and is bright and makes two different sizes of ice cubes, I honestly feel that the more expensive fridges do not give you the bank for your buck like this one does. Trust me, you will not regret buying this fridge.

This refrigerator is just awesome! Looks elegant inside and out. There is so much space and arrangement style. Space is wide and deep, allowing for so much groceries and leftovers containers. The freezer is amazing with an added bonus top compartment for the ice maker and trays on the side for items like ice cream and so on.

Very happy with the model I purchased. However, delivery was not such a good experience. The first refrigerator was not delivered because it was dented in the compressor area. It never made it to my house. The second refrigerator was delivered 7 days later. We found out that the Sales person charged us for Delivery of the new and Disposal of the old but not Installation of the new. My wife had to pay $30 to the delivery guys for Installation. In addition when the unit was brought into the house one of the Crisper Drawers fell out and cracked. That prompted the delivery team to place another order for replacement parts. The ordeal ended approximately a month and a half after the purchase.

It's great and big like we need, I just wish the shelves were a little bit more adjustable. It's hard to have more than 2 gallons of milk/water anything in there. But overall we love it!!

I love my new fridge!! So roomy. The only thing I overlooked when comparing to others was that it does not come with a water dispenser but no biggie because we have filtered water throughout the house.
