I like this 3 door refrigerator, but the shelves are not as flexible as I would like. The freezer is terrific for space and access

everything was very good at the beginning we had problems with those from the first delivery

They do a good job helping me with the purshese, and doin all the change i need to do for my appointment...!!

there is so much room in this refrigerator. We really like that the freezer drawer has 2 drawers. Helps with things getting buried in the bottom.

This has one of the most sleek designs and features I could ask for. I did opt out of the ice maker hookup through a water line that would have to be found. But my food is always fresh, cold, and tastes like it came from the store. I also have the fridge connected to my phone through a Samsung application and it has done wonders so far. This is a purchase I will be forever grateful for and the staff here are wonderful.

Bought this fridge on August 15th, 2025. Ice maker stopped working October 2nd, 2025. October 26th, 2025, the freezer stopped working. A little over 2 months for the fridge to stop working is ridiculous. Best Buy said I had to contact Samsung since it was under warranty to get replaced. Samsung refuses to replace products without a service technician looking at it. Samsung Care (what a joke) said the earliest time they could come to service was November 4th, 2025. I requested and they agreed to a time after 3PM because I cannot take off of work for the day for something like this. Tech showed up at 11AM November 4th...Now they want to reschedule my appointment for November 11th, 2025. So I will be without a working fridge for 16 days if they can even fix it. If they can't fix it, I was told by Samsung that a replacement unit would take 3-4 WEEKS. That will be no working fridge for Thanksgiving and if it is delayed longer, potentially no fridge for Christmas. This is all the while I am still making payments on a fridge that doesn't work. I have already lost all of the food. Now I won't be able to store food for potentially up to 6 weeks. I would love to see Best Buy step up and help a customer. I wish I could give 0 stars.

WE love this fridge! Spacious! Plus the doors can open and close in any order Improvement over past models. Delivery and setup was a breeze.

I love the extra space inside and the organization of the shelves. Although I have had this refrigerator for a few days (delivered on 12/7), my initial feeling is that I am so glad to have purchased this one. It comes with an ice scooper and 2 compartments for ice. The one on the left has larger cubes and the one on the right has smaller ones like ice chips. Overall, I think its a great refrigerator.

This refrigerator was an excellent choice, it has so much room and is very well built. It looks sleek and will look good with any kitchen decor.

I love how spacious the refrigerator is. The freezer is deep where you can store a good amount of food. Also, the ice maker is awesome because it makes big ice and nugget ice. Both of best worlds.

Finally have my new fridge. The Samsung, Godizilla, has be hauled away, and the LG, Baby Godzilla, is here an working just fine.
