For a firm like Best Buy you expect some standards. The camera and remote were missing. Likely that the compensation of Geek squd associates is linked with selling open items in excellent condition (even thiugh in reality the product could be defective). Extremely disappointing, Been a long Best Buy customer but I will completely switch to online

Nice adjustable stand, good remote, wireless display from Samsung devices, Smart Things integration and can be a hub. At full price, not so great but if you can get on sale and/or open box, grab one.

Causes interference with sound usage from PC when using the M8 as one of 2 monitors. Not enough input output connections and sound quality on M8 is poor. It might be ok if someone using it as a TV for the other assets it has with the streaming functions. However, picture quality is not bad.

Setting this up was a tremendous effort compounded by the fact that there is no documentation. Installing it also required I go back and change my installation parameters for all the software I am using. In hindsight, I would not make this purchase.

Highly recommend for its duality.

Went in to Best Buy and immediately this caught my attention. I didnt hesitate to get some product info and after 10 minutes it came home with me. She loved it. Easy setup.
