I purchased this monitor to replace my non-OLED Samsung, and overall, it's a fantastic upgrade. The sleek design, vibrant colors, and excellent refresh rate truly stand out. However, I’m giving it four stars for the following reasons: When I brought it home and started setting it up, I realized it didn’t come with a remote. I had to use the buttons on the back and set up my phone to complete the startup. I contacted customer support, who advised me to visit the store where I purchased it. When I went, I was told there was nothing they could do. I even drove from Tacoma to Bellevue, where I picked it up, only to be told the same thing. I’m not sure how to proceed at this point, but this has been a frustrating experience.

I have a great appreciation for quality. And that’s exactly what this monitor is, quality. The build quality is the best. They could’ve cheated out like the others and produced it out recycled tires but they didn’t. The picture just makes me wanna use my com even more. The smart feature is great. Don’t know why the new model did away with it

Decent monitor. I was aware of the smart features, so I feel I can't be too critical of them. But I sure did not like them. I was using this is a monitor and having to swap to the PC and get 2 pop ups, that you need the remote to remove or have your screen half blocked for like 15 seconds, got old fast. I had some issues too with 3 pink 0's popping up as an overlay more than once, I don't know how they appeared and only went away after unplugging the monitor for a few minutes. Nice screen though, the matte coating is actually not bad and grainy like some and really helped with the light in my room. If you have a bright room and want a 4K OLED this is the one. I returned mine in the end just because it wasn't what I wanted. But if you have a bright room and like smart features, this is the 32" 4K monitor to get.

Very nice monitor. The monitor itself looks amazing and the picture looks really nice. The only downside, I bought it for productivity, the picture does not go as bright vs my other monitors. It somehow looks darker than the others no matter I set it up. Also I want a monitor to just turn on and get straight to business, the interface is more of a TV than a monitor. I could have given it 5 stars if it werent for that.

I got an open-box with excellent condition. It is brand new works great. The only thing that it did not come with was the plastic on the screen but that’s okay. OLED display looks amazing compared to my 1440p asus monitor.

Great picture quality. True 4k gaming. Every game looks amazing on this monitor using my RTX 4090. Once I'm done gaming, I usually use the smart hub to watch a movie or a show and the picture looks amazing. It also has built in speakers. To be honest the speakers are a bit on the lower side, so if you're like me and love to blast music from the smart hub on your Samsung devices I'd suggest getting a sound bar as well.

I recently had to replace my 144hz 55" samsung ark monitor and wasn't too sure on what to replace it with. This was a much smaller screen than I was used to but i decided to pull the trigger. Boy was i glad i did. The image quality is absolutely amazing. My games feel WAY smoother and the colors are very vivid. The screen itself is thin and the stand is low profile and flat. The monitor even comes with better sounding speakers than my 55" monitor, and that thing was $2000+. Especially with the $300 gift card around the pre-order window, it's the perfect time to upgrade. The frame does feel a little delicate on the back, but it hasn't given me any issues. No screws were needed for anything, the stand just pops onto the back with a good clip and you're good to go.

Build quality is solid, the design looks clean and modern, and the smart features are a nice bonus. If you’re serious about gaming or just want top-tier picture quality, this monitor is worth it. If you’re thinking about buying it, stop thinking and do it. You won’t regret it.

Display is gorgeous. Extremely saturated and bright colors. Seriously the nicest image I’ve ever looked at. Can get a bit dim for full screen white page office work so I don’t recommend it for that exclusively but it’s plenty bright for gaming. The Samsung OS on the other hand is total garbage. Had to buy the factory maintenance remote to disable the dumb “gamebar” that pops up every time the screen turns on which I think voids the warranty. Also the screen will randomly black out for a few seconds every now and then - sometimes in the middle of a game. The image quality is so good that I forget about the cons I will not be buying another Samsung display.

Bright colors, high refresh rates, and oled blacks were a massive improvement over my previous 4k monitor.

It is really good for gaming as well as productivity. I used it as full time for job and tv features and sometimes games and it is really nice. Much much better then Alienware 32 inch OLED. Cons: Color accuracy is not good as expected

Best gaming monitor Ive ever had. Vivid colors, great hdr, 4k and best of all 240hz. Being gsync compatible means no more screen tearing while maintaining excellent minimal input lag. If you are looking for a 4k monitor this is it.

Monitor looks premium and very beatufiul. Picture quality is fantastic and I love that it doubles as a smart TV. I dont need to turn on my pc to watch Netflix or Youtube. Hoping that these next gen OLED will be more averse to burn-in, I'm using it for media consumption and playing console and pc games.

Right speaker is defective and DOA, samsung support won't replace the monitor because I'm beyond their 14 day return period. Should have bought it through Best Buy. The monitor is stunning, beautiful, and otherwise perfect - but Samsung does not have your back and after 2 hours on the phone with support and a promise from a tech support supervisor to replace it with a brand new unit, he secretly cold transferred me despite promises otherwise, and they're not honoring the commitment. So overall, it may be amazing, but avoid it at all costs due to the company backing it, making it, and supporting it.

Love the product. The comparison to my old monitor is beyond belief. Works as a TV if I want to quickly switch to streaming apps with the remote! Got it on discount and it was worth every penny. Comes with a warranty to almost completely cover your needs if something happens.

The picture quality of an oled is UNBEATABLE, and with 240hz everything looks so smooth. My only negative is the smart functions aren't rly necessary.

One of the best monitors I’ve bought in a while . Theres nothing I can think of that I don’t like about it . Running a pc and Xbox series x. 4k OLED is awesome.
