As I get older, with both cataracts and AMD, I wanted a larger, conventional shape, monitor of the best quality. I came across this model at Best Buy. With a 4K demo video, the picture looked great. Sadly, I did not read any reviews before I bought. FIRST - Samsung made a HUGE DESIGN mistake with a FIXED height stand. In fact, the bottom edge of the monitor sits a full 4 inches UP from the desk. Everyone knows you are NOT supposed to tilt your head UP ...causes headaches and neck problems! IF you buy and keep this model,m you WILL be buying a VESA mount for it! Resolution - This is SUPPOSED to be a 4K monitor. Indeed, the monitor tells me to set Windows 10 to a 4K setting. HOWEVER, NOTHING about standard HD is available in settings! Contrast - ordinarily I would not even comment on this but I recently saw a superb monitor with 5,000:1 contrast. DOUBLE the specs on this. For a moderately expensive monitor, this one is VERY disappointing.

Very nice 4k monitor. Won't come with webcam or speakers. So be ready to spend a little more. Picture quality is good, low power consumption and rhe 32 include landscape is really good. Buy it!

My wife works from home and needs more real estate on her monitor. We went to Best Buy, and she liked the Samsung monitor because it was big but not as widescreen. She's happy so I'm happy.

Base is sturdy, size is nice, could be a little brighter picture though. Lost a star to the dimness of screen, even at full brightness.

This monitor is perfect for gaming. My son wasn’t able to use the 4K graphics with his previous one and missed out on some of the gaming features. The color and quality of this monitor is unmatched.

A decent monitor but honestly would go for something else if you’re looking. Not the best for the price point

Awesome machine. Have it hooked up to my ASUS laptop and it’s absolutely amazing! No lag, perfect performance and definitely recommended for gaming

This monitor has a strange setting where it alternates from brightly washed out colors, to extremely dark colors. It is some sort of auto adaptive color/contrast system. But here's the biggest problem: you cannot turn it off. I have disabled any auto color options in Windows, in Nvidia control panel, in Windows display settings, in hardware settings, and in the monitor menu settings itself. I even tried updating drivers and installing Samsung software, but no matter what it continues to do this washing in and out coloring. I even tried using different types of cables (i.e. HDMI, DVI, Display Link) but they all experience the same issue. I Google searched for hours and found no answers, and nothing from Samsung. For games where you need to be able to identify things in dark or bright areas, this completely ruins the experience. I will be returning this monitor and buying a gaming monitor instead. If you are just watching YouTube or browsing the internet, this monitor is great, but for anything else I would steer clear.

Phenomenal display! I couldn't be happier with its stunning picture. I use it mainly for work, but definitely provides a stunning picture for all videos.

The monitor has fantastic colors and many features including a sharp display of characters and video., It is well worth the investment in a replacement monitor.

Got it on sale and it’s the best monitor I’ve ever had. I noticed other gaming monitors aren’t even 4K. This monitor is perfect for editing 4K content.

Crystal clear images. Would have like a more adjustable height option. Great quality and availability in store.

Ease of installation, sharp crisp text, all I need to know. Works well with WIndows brightness settings. Needed a big screen for a change for my work, not gaming-related.

I am now able to have documents side by side on the monitor without shifting back and forth - what a time saver when you need to copy word for word

Sharp picture with good color resolution. Refresh rate is fine although I'm not using it with any demanding graphics. Pedestal base wasn't obvious on how to tighten down.

awesome monitor, clear picture and videos on youtube they look very clear its my second monitor and did not had a problems to connected definitely recommended.

I didn't buy this for gaming so I cannot speak to that. I bought it to replace two 22" screens on my work station. I do spreadsheets, outlook, stuff like that. I do watch an occasional video on YouTube etc. and all works perfectly fine. I love the low power consumption (it really draws only 40W!). The only bummer is that the stand is not adjustable at all (height or tilt), and the stand from my old 24" screen doesn't fit this one, either. I can probably figure something out, but I wish it came with an adjustable stand. Still, I'm giving it 5 stars for it is a great value.

The best business monitor I have had in a long time, I go back and forth between dell and LG and I now prefer Samsung monitors
