This is my first external monitor purchase and my first Samsung visual anything. I bought this to use for remote work and occasional streaming. It works great for both purchases. I hooked it up to my older PlayStation 4 and it worked decently for that too but for newer consoles, the picture quality might not be the best for gaming. For everyday use and watching videos, this is fantastic. The only negative was it comes with only 1 HDMI input and 1 Displayport so I had a to buy a Displayport to USB-C cord, but not to big a deal. Upgrading from my work provided Dell monitor which was maybe 24 inches, this Samsung is in a different league. At, 300 bucks, it seemed too good to pass up and so far, I'm a happy camper.

It is worth every penny, awesome product. I will definitely recommend this to everyone who’s looking for a good deal.

Great picture quality. Using this on a 32 HD Security Camera system that has 4K Resolution cameras on it. They are crystal clear on this monitor over a 1920x1080 monitor !

So far so good. I upgraded from a 25-inch QHD, and the resolution of the 4K is nice. I love the way text looks so sharp, and the increased screen real estate is awesome.

I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. The monitor just needs to have a brighter backlight. I've adjusted the color saturation settings, etc and found a good level. Overall, an inexpensive and great looking monitor. Happy I got it over the 27 inch 1440p that had a similar price to this 4K monitor.

I am not a gamer and I just want a nice clear picture when working with my software or streaming video. this monitor looks real nice to me. It has a a clean crisp picture. I went from a 27" iMac to an M1 Mac mini and this monitor works great with this new Mac. My only issue is the stand. it is kind of flimsy, if you bump the desk a little, the monitor will sway back and forth a bit. Also even though the manual says it should swivel up and down a bit, it does not and is locked in place. I took it back to Best Buy and the Geek guy couldn't figure it out and the display model was fixed like that as well. since they had no others in stock, he suggested I take it home and try to fix it on my own. So I took it home, took the stand apart and with the use of tools I managed to move it just enough to get me the proper viewing angle for me.

Working very well - great quality and easy setup!

No one come and helped me. I waited for at least 30 min to get an attention at clearance section. I end up picking up monitor to the check out without any help. I do like best buy but i did not have good experience during buying this.

Graphics are solid, and it’s big enough so that my old eyes can easily read text.

This is a fantastic monitor. I have nothing bad to say about it. It allows to PC's to connect, with picture in picture, you can switch back and forth between the pc's easy. Couple this with a logitch multicast mouse and keyboard, and you can free up a lot of real estate on your desk, especially if you're working from home using a work PC, and your home PC after work.

Buy this if you’re in the market for a honkin’ big 4k screen. Do not buy this if you’re expecting to use the included stand — it’s cheap and noodley. I’ve reinforced it with books under the sides, otherwise the monitors lists rightward like it’s drunk.

I had a 27 inch 4k IPS monitor before this, and was a bit worried that less pixel/inch and not being IPS might be an issue. It was not! This has been great for reading/work/graphics. I have another 32inch 4k at work with 3x the price of this, and can't tell the difference.

This monitor has been a game changer for me especially coming from a 1080 monitor. The colors and definition can easily be seen. I absolutely love doing my video edits using this monitor. What put the icing on the cake was that I was able to get an open box one for a great price break.
