    Exactly what I was lookin for

    I was looking for a big screen monitor but I was undecided between 2 brands. After researching, I'm glad I picked Samsung. I don't need the monitor for gaming but I'm sure it will perform great for that too. I can stream and use it as a "tv" if I need to. It's fast and bright beyond my expectations. I'm not into the tech specifications, I just needed a monitor with great display for some graphic designing and this was the right one for me.

    Good price for 32" 4K monitor. Stylish look with white plastic. Strong flexible desk mount. Lots of real estate for an external monitor for business-type use.

    Defective Item and Bad Online Customer Service

    I made an online order and after waiting for two weeks, I received an defective item. There is a black spot on the screen. I called bestbuy online and I spoke with Nameera from online support team and she told me that because I ordered online and picked up in the store, there was nothing she can do and I would need to speak with someone at the store. I asked if I can file a complaint or claim about it. She said there was NO place in BestBuy that clients can file a complaint or a claim with.
