This may be a software issue and/or computer issue so it's a work in progress. Overall very happen with my purchase and I'm sure if the monitors are the issue BestBuy will help with no issues. They are good with faulty equipment replacement if needed

It's been a couple of days since I bought this. Video quality is amazingly good at 4K resolution when you play videos online. I see the video flicker if you changed the resolution to 8k while streaming Youtube videos

Once i tweeked the settings and my graphics card, it was fine. Not as much saturation as others. Still decent monitor.

NOT 60hz ONLY 30hz

Picture quality is good, dont get me wrong its a samsung but this monitor is being displayed as something it is not. DO NOT BUY.

Love the size..its just perfect for what I need it for. speakers suck but then most monitor's speakers do. use the headphone jack in the back to plug in desktop speakers and it is fine. people complain about gaming at 60hz and how you should be looking for 120hz...I honestly don't' see an issue with 60. and good luck finding a 4k 32 inch that has anything above 60 for less than 1000 dollars. This thing is GREAT for gaming! the thing to note is that plugging into HDMI on this monitor will result in a 30hz refresh rate. to get 60hz HDMI 2 or Display port is required. have not used Freesync for gaming because it causes a weird issue with Adobe Premiere when used with a second monitor. not counting this as an issue with the monitor...may be a bug in the software or GPU. HDMI connection to my GPU also causes screen to flicker. i switched to Display Port and problem went away. It took me an hour or so to calibrate .but afterward it looks a lot better than my old AOC 27 inch monitor. I actually had buyer's remorse after finding an Asus Pro ART 27 " 2k monitor for way cheaper..that claims to be precalibrated with100% RGB. But honestly..it looked so small compared to this and I saw NO noticeable difference in colors...i returned it and decided to Keep this Bad boy. For the price it's hard to beat. Get it! just use Display port or HDMI2.

Then screen started to flicker and gets stable after few minutes. Had it for few days and got rid of it by returning it to bestbuy. When screen was stable to see anything, the UHD resolution was great for videos and pictures but text and menus appeared really small(You needed to adjust it in macbook though). I wouldn't recommended for read heavy tasks.
