I called Samsung support but they were not helpful. Too bad I really wanted to keep this monitor, I’m going to get something else with same size.

Aesthetically it’s beautiful, but 4K gaming just isn’t possible. Low rate tearing is horrible...unplayable. Returned it for the 2.4k 1ms Dell 27”. Night and day. If you want to read emails @ 32” of real estate this will work fine LOL
