I chose this monitor because it offered auto input switching. The auto input switching functionality never worked. The manual switching took too long compared to every monitor I've owned. The screen had a bit of a yellow tint to it. I googled it and apparently it's a known issue. I used the settings specified in the Tom's Guide review (you can google the settings) and it improved, but it never quite went away. I did get used to it. The screen is not as "nice" for lack of a better word compared to my IPS monitor since this is a VA panel. Related to that, it doesn't get very bright. The normal level is 250cd/m2, which is not very bright at all. Taking all of that into consideration, I ended up returning it.

Great deal for a great work monitor

The curved display is particularly useful—it makes sure that I don't get washed-out colors on the edges because every point of the screen is perpendicular to my eyes.

Even though it is not built specifically for gaming, it does the trick, everything looks and runs really nice and smooth. Cons This monitor DOES NOT have FREESYNC, even though bestbuy.com advertises it with that feature, instead it has VSYNC. Powerbrick is on the outside, which I am not a fan of. Overall Good monitor, but the price is a bit too high in my opinion, even for Samsung.
