got the monitor on time, plugged it in and was a very simple setup and was able to be gaming within 30 minutes of unboxing! screen is amazing and the built in speakers are surprisingly good and doubles as a tv when i just want to watch something without my PC on. would get a second one if i needed it

Samsung always makes good quality products and the gaming monitor was really good, I really liked the colors but it didn’t fit my needs, the proportions are a little weird, so if you’re ok with ultra wide format then get it

I am completely serious when I say this monitor has made me tear up several times due to the beauty I witnessed with my very own eyes. I am so happy I bought this monitor. I play a lot of Apex Legends and it looks so good on ultra wide. The oled is simply amazing. Even the power on screen blows my mind seeing white text over basically a back void. It’s truly impressive how far we’ve come. Well done Samsung.

I bought this for 30% off and it’s absolutely the best monitor I’ve owned out of the 10 I used throughout the years, it’s easy to use, sturdy and it’s super customizable. My only issue with the monitor is it’s price, I bought it only sale but I wouldn’t be comfortable buying it full price since there’s competitors who have similar OLEDS for cheaper but this monitor is for sure premium.

This monitor is beyond amazing and the staff of Bestbuy had made sure this monitor was the right one for us. They were able to assist us in any type of question we had. Overall, this monitor's quality is beyond what I honestly expected, with the graphics and colors coming to life unlike any monitor I have seen or used before. Definitely worth it.

Zero complaints on this product . Display is amazing and responsive. Thought I would have to charge the remote constantly but it has phenomenal battery life. Over all build quality is great

The Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 stands superior to almost every other monitor I’ve used. Coming from a QLED display, I was throughly impressed by the OLED panels’ blacks and color accuracy. The display is worth every penny! I also recommend getting Total Tech Support to protect the display and your other products in the event of any damage or malfunction given you are spending $1500 for the display.

Bought this item as an upgrade to my previous monitor. And it was an instant noticable upgrade. Went from 1080p led 27in to 1440p Ultra wide Oled 34in. Black uniformity and contrast is perfect. Colors are vivid and sharp. Brightness is great for me since i play in a dark room. Monitors just perfect.

Amazing screen quality! No issues achieving the full resolution. Some minor tweaking and was able to get the color calibrated nicely (without software). Only issues i have is the mini connections like mini dvi and mini hdmi. Also you cannot quickly switch to different input devices with an physical monitor button, you have to use the remote to switch inputs. There isnt a one click option to switch inputs you have to navigate through menus. If this monitor will be primarily used for one device then no real issues there, but i switch between pc, laptop, ps5. Also the tv smart hub features are great. Nice to just lounge and throw on some netflix. No need for a tv in the room with this bc it doubles up as one.

I really love this display. I use it mainly for work and entertainment, but I’m very satisfied with the size for doing lots of complex tasks and workflows. OLED is top shelf display tech and you’ll be amazed by the color purity of this QD-OLED panel!

Great monitor but it uses MINI PORTS. It supposed to come with a displayport to miniDisplayport though. if you need something else you will need to buy. It also uses a remote for most of its function which all works great. honestly this was one of the best purchases i made in a while if you are in the market for this kind of monitor.

Great monitor, perfect size for productivity and gaming. The OLED looks fantastic. Some bloatware in smart system but not terrible.

It checks all the boxes, great picture, loving the brightness in all of the colors. My one complaint? The actual video cable. It was waaaayyy to short, had to order a longer one asap.

There is truly no panel that can top this for gaming. The colors: BRILLIANT. The response time: NON-existant. The curve: PERFECT. If you consider yourself an enthusiast in gaming, or content- the G8 is a must buy.

Love my g8. Had to figure out that in order to get the 175hz refresh rate, you need to have game mode on.

I stood in this store for about 2-3 hours looking at this monitor. I assumed it was just how it was displayed in the store that made it appealing, boy was I wrong. After taking this monitor home and hooking it up, I was absolutely mesmerized. The quality, the volume, yes the volume, was AMAZING. Turning the volume all the way up sounded like I was turning a smart T.V volume up; it’s CRISP! The curve is amazing, as well as the overall sleekness of this monitor. Do I regret this purchase? Absolutely not.

Picture quality is great just worried about the long-term reliability. Make sure to get a warranty just in case.
