For 550 this is a great monitor. 21:9 is a weird format.

Most of my Samsung products are great, but I can't say that about this monitor for one incredibly annoying reason. The stupid micro HDMI cable. Just finding the cable that I needed to connect this monitor was a whole quest all by itself. I had no choice but to buy some cheap cable off of Amazon, and I couldn't find any in the length that I needed, so it is annoyingly strung across my desk right now. On top of that, the monitor regularly acts like its not connected to anything and it takes multiple attempts of unplugging and plugging the HDMI cable back in or switching to another cable before it will work again (I bought a few different brands, all of which have given me this issue). I don't know if its an issue with the monitor itself or if its the cheap knock off cables, but those were all I could find, and even if it is the cables, I wouldn't be forced to buy knock offs if it just used a readily available, standard HDMI. Completely ridiculous. It's cheaper now, but when I bought this, I spent over $1,200 after taxes for a monitor that doesn't even work the whole time. I seriously regret letting my tech-loving husband talk me into buying it just for some smart features that I didn't even need. And now that the price has gone so far down, I have no hope of getting even half of my money back reselling it, so I'm out on the cost of this monitor and for the one that I'll now have to buy to replace it. I will say the monitor works great when it actually works, but as someone who is working overtime every week while also trying to run a business, I don't have time to waste on just trying to get my monitor to recognize my computer, so this is a deal breaker for me.

Excellent condition for an open box! Only problem was it was missing cables which was easy to find. Though it might have been better if they told you what was missing.

Slight buyers remorse, still great tv. The Alienware equivalent may be the best option. This mini displayport and mini HDMI are nothing but trouble.

Awesome monitor for the sale price. Cant go back to regular after this OLED experience. Only thing I don’t like too much is the use of micro hdmi and DP ports and it doesn’t include micro HDMI, but cables are cheap.

Very good color range for an OLED monitor. Works wonderfully very glad I made the purchase while it was on sale. Love that it’s also a smart monitor so can be used for tv and Apple TV and other stuff.

I got lost in the game with how immersive this is! My only complain was that 175 Hz wasn’t fast enough for me to play on competitive esports from my previous 240 Hz monitor.

The first monitor i recieved was used! Packaging was ripped, the stand and power cable were scuffed, and had previous ow ers data logged in. I exchanged for a "new" only to get yet another used monitor with all the same issues as before. Other than that The monitor is amazing. Nice aesthetics, functionality, and crisp graphic.

Love this monitor so much. It works with my MacBook Pro and my PlayStation 5 with a special mini hdmi to hdmi adapter with a 8k high transfer hdmi cable.

Graphics look really smooth and crisp, I love it and use it every day.

Everything you could ask for in a monitor, was kind of disappointing it wasn’t compatible with the ps5 though

Perfect size and best image ive had. Only issue i had was some image retention after leaving a static inage up for about a week however panel care was able to fix that for me.

I ended up returning this after a week of use. It’s a very nice monitor but honestly it’s just too much! You must create accounts and passwords and pins and connect to wifi, it’s just too much. Also the software on it is the same as a Samsung tv, so that’s pretty much what it is. I ended up going with the dell 32” curved monitor, it’s plug and play and has pretty much the same specs.

It was good until the update and I couldn’t get nothing to connect. I wish they had regular hdmi.

Love this monitor. Its pricey but does everything needed and looks amazing while doing it. Its so thin and just looks great on my desk. The built in tv is cool as well.

Excellent monitor! Dedicated monitor for series X. Set up was simple RGB lighting syncs to monitor screen for a more immersive experience.
