    The monitor was damaged. I returned it. The Skokie store has the worst customer service. I've had four recent purchases and there was a problem with each one

    The unit itself is very good, how ever the run around on the damaged in shipping open box was just a bad as the unit is good. Best Buy would not honor the sale price at the time of the new unit with no open boxes available, even though they said they would..and they had cancelled my order because no open box available but did not tell… Bad Best Buy! Bad Best Buy!
