Worst best buy service never going to buy with them

The color of this monitor was washed out and I cannot control brightness of color to make it better. I ended up returning it

This is a large, lightweight, crisp and clear monitor. It does not have a ton of bells and whistles, but You don't need them. What it does, it does well. Whats in the box: Everything you need. A stand (this can also use a VESA mount, which I did), all the cables, and, well, the monitor itself. Setup: Very simple. Simply plug in the power and the source, and voila...you're up and running. This monitor has 3 inputs: 2 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort. I do wish this had USBc as well, but I knew going into it that it didn't. Display: VERY crisp and clear. This monitor features AMD FreeSync which does help the picture quality. This monitor does NOT have a super fast refresh rate for gaming, but does feature HDR10. The color quality is good, but not amazing. However, for the price of this monitor it is beautiful. You can get higher quality, but not for this price point. Features: Like I said, this monitor does not have a lot of gimmicky features, but what it does it does well. This monitor supports Picture in Picture and automatic input switching. The other features is a pretty robust picture adjustment mode which allows you to change color gradients and much more. Overall: This monitor is very light, which is nice for my VESA monitor arm to be able to support such a large monitor. It does allow for headphones to be connected for passthrough of audio inputted to the monitor, but it does not have built in speakers. The picture quality for this price range of a monitor is great.

Monitor stopped working just after a year of use—extremely disappointing for the price. I expected better quality and longevity.

Screen was delivered damaged. FedEx is to blame. Not Bestbiy's fault, but giving Bestbuy one star as they need to work with FedEx to ensure the delivery men handle this kind of packages appropriately.

This computer monitor was not great for multitasking.

as of 12/26/24 does not work at all took back to best buy geek squad said they do not repair monitors so after a little more than a month have to buy another monitor

I should have bought a curve screen. I can barely Watch what is in the or left córner, úseles.

I got this home and for some reason the sound output wasn't working. I tried every different way to no avail. Had to return.

returned the item. not what I needed. I decided to purchase a new all in one and not try to piece a computer together. rating all 1 star because I never used the monitor, I returned it the very next day.

This was Not the Best Buy. I purchased an open box and it arrived without any of the cables. Customer service was unable to help. I will have to return this item. Do Not Buy Open Box Purchases.

Line of pixels went out on screen after only 4 months

Nice monitor but no sound. Tested it on 2 dofferent laptops and 3 different HDMI cables.

All in all, a very good monitor and excellent for gaming and watching video. The display was easy to assemble and came with all of the cables that I needed including an HDMI and a display port cable. Cable connector insertion in the back did require very straight alignment to get them to seat, so I'd suggest having the display nearer the front of the table or deck that you are setting it on when you plug them in - plugging them in when it is set back (like I did for the HDMI 1 and 2) will mean pulling it back toward you again to maneuver them in. If you have rear access to the monitor at your station or desk, then no worries. Menu access is via a set of buttons arranged in a ring in the bottom edge of the display frame and you will have to sort out where the button you want is at. This probably isn't an issue after initial setup as most display settings you'll want mange can be handled through your PC. The graphics and the responsiveness when streaming or gaming is top notch from what I observed. Very vivid color and fluid motion when using display port and with the sync function turned on. I was very impressed with the display - I would say you may want to put it on a stand if you find yourself leaning in or craning your neck as the stand is a bit low and not adjustable.

I was anxious to unpack this monitor the second I received it. This is a wide screen monitor with some amazing functionality! Colors and contrast is awesome! I had no trouble using the monitor as a split screen with a little tweaking. Unboxing and setup was nondescript, power cable attachment and screw in the base and your done! I view and play quite a bit of music videos and all in all I was very impressed with this product. True to life colors and good response times from this unit. I also ran some of my games on this monitor and results were pure and as realistic as my other higher priced monitors but not at extreme settings! The monitor has a decent but not stellar refresh rate of 100Hz which in my scenarios was perfect. It has FreeSync which is a plus and has 2 HDMI ports. All of this adds up to a perfect budget monitor! For its price point, I have no real complaints at all. This is an awesome monitor, has beautiful colors and is a most welcomed edition in my home. I’m definitely recommending this product.

I just bought this today, had it set up and ready to go. I left, came back to it with the black sceeen

It's like having two monitors in one. Very clear resolution. Easy to set up.

Overview: This Samsung 34” ultra-wide screen monitor is a very nice-looking monitor. The thin bezel, simple stand and thin design gives it a contemporary look. You couldn’t tell from looking at it that it’s priced under $400. It even includes features you’d expect from higher priced monitors such as FreeSync for gaming, Picture in/by Picture mode, and auto ambient light detection. Unboxing and Setup: The setup was very easy, a HDMI and DisplayPort cables are included. My laptop doesn’t have either of these ports, so I had to use a USB-C hub that has HDMI ports on it. There are 2 things I wish the monitor had, 1. an adjustable (or a taller stand) and 2. a USB-C input source that can power my laptop at the same time. The lower edge of the monitor sits at 3.5” from the desk. I use this monitor as an extension of my 15” laptop which has a 9” tall screen. So unless I use a desk mounted arm for this monitor, it’s partially blocked. The monitor I had been using with my laptop, a Samsung curved) has a USC-C port for video in and also provides power thus eliminating the need for the laptop power supply and less wires. Performance and Specifications: In my tests, the monitor performed flawlessly. I used it mainly for office applications, web surfing, YouTube videos, and movies. I also play a few games on it without any issues. In the morning, my home office gets a lot of light from the windows. I didn’t have any issues with the monitor brightness. Here’s a tip on moving your applications around, using the shortcut Windows+<> (left of right arrow key), you can move your application windows easily without needing to manually drag and resize. Also try Windows+up/down arrow to resize into quarters. Conclusion: There’s a lot to like about this monitor with a few minor drawbacks as described. Before this monitor, I was using a Samsung curved monitor and got used to that. At 34”, I prefer the curve over the flat monitor. But this is an excellent monitor overall.
