Thunderbolt 4 port died after 3 weeks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for the Thunderbolt 4 support to connect to a Mac Mini. That port died at 3 weeks. Samsung wants to mail it back but the monitor is needed daily (can use other port on the Mac and the monitor's HDMI in the meantime). Best Buy won't take it back at 3 weeks and I can't afford to send it off for who knows how long. So I guess my only recourse is to use the purchase protection on my credit card and avoid Best Buy and Samsung like a plague.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT ORDER. This is the 2nd one of these monitors I've ordered and both were received with damage. The first one, my son has decided to live with as there is a pixel out on the edge of the screen. The 2nd, has several pixels out in the middle of the screen, making design work difficult. I reached out to customer service and they were going to send a replacement while the damaged monitor was being returned, only to receive a text message 2 days later stating the replacement was canceled (no reason given). Best Buy customer service was of no help, just simply apologized with no real solution. I'll be better off to shop for a monitor elsewhere, and so should you!!
