I'm s an amazing product very efficient easy to clean and works amazing

We are very disappointed with the 30” Samsung gas cooktop performance. Two service calls within the first six months of ownership. #1: Large center gas burner uneven gas/flame distribution. This resulted in skillet hot spots and burnt food. We found it necessary to continuously rotate the skillet to avoid uneven cooking and food sticking. #2: Front right burner is also burning unevenly. Service call pending two week from previous call. Today, I attempted to use the front left burner and after some use, When my grandson arrived home, he indicated he smelled gas. I checked the burner and discovered it had stop burning but still emitting gas. This is totally unacceptable. Uneven flame distribution is an inconvenience. Random flame shut off is downright dangerous and can result in loss of life. I Google this incident and discovered others have had the same experience. Currently sitting in my kitchen freezing with the windows and doors open to evacuate the the gas residue. I will need to replace.

Cooktop looks amazing in our kitchen. Its dual power heat is a great addition and it came with a griddle, which we love! The instructions were super easy to follow

Checked out consumer reports and this was top rated. It works great, looks great and love the WiFi capability. Very happy with purchase.

I like this stove top, looks high end, with heavy cast iron grills and LED lights which let us detect if everything is turned off while we don't need them. The placements of the burners are good. A small problem being the center burner may needs a few starts to get lit. It does not happen all times but once in a while.

So far I am very pleased with this product. The only complaint I have to mention is when I clean it, the burners themselves (not the grids) will knock around kind of easily. Its easy to put them back on, but just a pain is all. The cooktop looks very sleek and the install crew did a nice job installing this. I'm very satisfied w/ this purchase.

Loving the new cooktop! 22k BTU burner is HOT HOT HOT! Aside from functionality, the unit itself is very pretty.

Works well, the 20,000 BTU burner is great for getting a boil quickly or searing something. The connectivity and app are kind of useless. You obviously cant control it by the app, it only shows if the burner is on or off which you can tell by the blue light under the knobs. The griddle is probably fine for pancakes and such but might be harder to clean than a pan. You wouldn't be able to use it for bacon because there is no where for the grease to go and would probably cause a fire. All in all we like it a lot.

This stove is offers the capability of greatly expanding our culinary preparation skills. Quick heat, skillet, wok... Burners for different functions (super heat/warm/.... Not sure why we "need" wifi, but there it is. Like the lighted control knobs letting you know gas is on.

One of the best appliance I purchased so far. The 22,000 BTU is wonderful when cooking Chinese food when high heat is needed. I have been only using the center burner although the other works as well. The blue LED light is a great indicator for my kids when they cook. They don’t have to second guess if the fire is on or now. The Bluetooth or WiFi didn’t provide me much help since I don’t have a Samsung hood. I’m sure if you have a Samsung hood, it’ll be great combination. So far, I’m really happy with this cooktop.

We just had this installed in our new home. My first experience with a gas cooktop. I like how sturdy the unit is constructed and the grates fit quite nicely. The burners are easy to light and cook evenly. One of my favorite features that other companies do not have is the knobs are metal which eliminates worry of melting by placing a pot too close. The blue backlit knobs are a great safety feature to let you know a burner is on.

Samsung has always been our number one brand t go to- but this cooktop takes the cake! It is sleek, stylish and the burners specially the middle one heat any food within a couple of minutes.

Great cook top easy to clean easy to use like the set up

So far this stove is everything we expected. It was the highest rated model by Consumer Reports and it's well deserved. It performs beautifully, it looks beautiful and the included griddle and wok accessories are very useful. If I had to pick a flaw, I'd point out that the Bluetooth functionality is pretty useless, but then I don't think there's much more functionality it could provide on a gas cooktop.

I would consider another manufacturer, or purchase a parts warranty. The stovetop works fine, but the knobs are held in place by plastic and three out of five of them have cracked. the cost to replace a single know is more than $200 on the Samsung Parts store. I contacted Samsung and they were not willing to help in any way.
