Really Like it, Not Perfect, Two issues: The largest and second largest burners are too hot at the lowest settings. When you want to keep something warm, it boils, making you watch it closely or move the items to other burners. When you want something HOT and Fast it's awesome. The second problem is the cast Iron Skillet. It is not NON stick and is a pain to clean. I guess I will have to "Season" it like other cast iron cookware. Wish I got it with an Aluminum NON-Stick

Good size stove. With good heat and big flame. Quality is good also

Gas cooktop has nice look. Its Easy to use and functions great.

Nice to see blue light to know if range is on. Convenience of. Ring able to check if range was left on with Wi-Fi. Would have been nice to be able to shut off range remotely.

This cooktop was verything we could have asked for. Puts out great heat. However, the WiFi piece sticks out of the back, so is difficult to drop into a cut out countertop so that it fits correctly. The piece is easily removable but eliminates the WiFi feature (which we never needed to begin with).

The cooktop was installed quickly and well. The cooktop itself is very good - easy to use and heats our pots and pans with an easily adjusted flame. The only drawback might be the WiFi function which seems useless. Not enough to lower the rating.

Purchased this to replace a badly designed Whirlpool cooktop that stoped working when any type of liquid when under the knobs. Chose the black so that the Stainless Steel scratches wouldn't show like my previous cooktop. While the front where the knobs are is a nice black stainless steel, I was surprised but the rest of the cooktop which is a glossed black enamel. Its easy to clean, connected well with our Smart Things home automation where we can at least see if we left the stove or is on. I've also created a notification if the stove it on more than an hour, to alert me, which is great. Very sturdy, easy do it yourself replacement if you're even slightly handy. Love the middle burner which is HUGE! Burner sizes are great to help with temp control and the cast iron grill that sits onto of the existing grates, makes a mean grilled cheese!

I love it. The only thing with this is that the knobs get really hot, too hot sometimes to touch so it’s a little bit difficult trying to turn it off or turn it up or down.

Good cooktop, but plastic parts that Samsung will not replace under warrantee. Ther plastic tab on the left fell off and the rubber bumpers on top were missing. Called Samsung and they sent out a repair person. They said the plastic parts can't be replaced and I should have complained before about the missing bumpers (even though it is under warrantee). So you get a good cooktop with cheap parts that fall off.

I really like the design/style. The installation was easy, although to be honest it was just a swap from my previous cooktop. Managed to connect to the app, although, for me, not much use out of it. In the future I plan to get the new extractor. Hope the integration is good.

I'm definitely disappointed in the griddle, have only used it once and yes, I coated it with butter but every pancake stuck like glue. My previous cooktop was 20 years old and this one is much much hotter, I am burning everything on low, when I am trying to heat up something takes no time at all. I realize there is a learning curve, but my wrists even though i'm holding a wooden spoon get heated..

We live ve our gas cooktop. The flexibility of the five burners is so convenient. Extra bonus was wok attachment & full grill. Also, blue tooth connection

Blows away our previous cooktop. Boils water very quickly, main burner heats very quickly. Seems to be quality

Easy installation (had to do a little cutting). Quality of the cooktop is quite good. The stainless steel and grates are made well. We have been using the cooktop for about a month and really enjoy cooking on it. The flame accuracy is very precise and is a huge improvement over our previous cooktop.

We love the gas cooktop!! We use it alot for our daily cooking and it works great. We love the lighting to let us know whether it is on or off. We also love the wifi to connect with the phone!!! Thank you Bestbuy to have such a great product and good price!!!

Best ever cooktop! Grates are nice and thick. The fifth burner is perfect for boiling large lots of water. No complaints here.

The high rating for this cooktop is fully warranted. It heats fast and maintains even heat throughout the cooking process. Looks nice in our kitchen as well.

We have been using this for about a month now and really love it. Its features are a nice touch such as having the exhaust fan come on when a burner is turned on. We had an electric cooktop in the house and are so much happier with gas.
