Never had a gas cooktop before so I was a little hesitant. Now i am wondering what took me so long. The grill is heavy duty and cleans easily. It is much faster to use. Love it

This cooktop looked great out of the box and installed without any issues. I'm not sure what kind of Stainless Steel or coating that's on the cooktop but it is impossible to get and keep it looking clean. We have tried almost every method to keep the streaks out after a cleaning but it's a challenge to keep it looking great. I have never had this much trouble keeping stainless looking good. Finally found a Arm and Hammer Cleaner that looks fairly decent but be prepared to put a lot of elbow grease into it. Now the really bad part. Shame on me for buying anything that has 1 year parts and labor. These people sure know their numbers. A gas valve on one of the burners locked up and will not open. Thank goodness it's in the off position, 1 year and 3 months and a gas valve breaks? These should last longer than one year, A gas valve, give me a break.

Great styling and cross between retro and modern. Had to get used to the difference between our old cooktop and this one when cooking. We love it.

Solid cast iron and looks great. Easy to use with plenty of heat from the burners.

Grates are heavy but cleaning is much better compared to stainless steel. Knobs are sturdy and good quality.

It's a good cooktop. Had issues with the initial unit arriving damaged from Samsung. The 2nd one arrived with a small chip[ in the paint. We kept it as is is not that noticeable. We purchased this one based upon reviews and dependability.

Four of the five knobs broke after three years. Knob surface is metal but inside is plastic. Replacement knobs are $180-$200 each. Look it up yourself, “Samsung NA36N9755 knob”. Bought a new unit instead, will never buy Samsung again.
