The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the surface scratches a bit too easily. Cleaning with a soft cloth and soap and water has been working well but we have some early blemishes from using different materials

Breaks easily, Insane cost to fix
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Four of the five knobs broke after three years. Knob surface is metal but inside is plastic. Replacement knobs are $180-$200 each. Look it up yourself, “Samsung NA36N9755 knob”. Bought a new unit instead, will never buy Samsung again.
