Poor quality, poor support, and Unsafe
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At three years the knobs began to crack and I noticed the openings beneath the knobs were collecting dirt and grease. The next year all 5 knobs were cracked and three were getting harder to turn. Finally one of the burners got stuck on. This was 5pm on a Friday and Samsung was unresponsive. I had to turn off the gas from the main valve in the basement. When a reputable local repairman came out he was shocked at the poor quality. The knobs were almost $200 apiece but they would just break again. He couldn’t fix the stem under 2 of the knobs which were stuck. Samsung makes nice TVs but I will steer clear of their appliances.

E.asily damaged coating
