I was picking up lots of options before this one. Here is my reasoning for this one. 1. So far my experience with Samsung products is good. 2. It is having some smart features, which not too many (can just check if burner is on/off), but is highly good when in need. 3. High BTU for the center burner. It got 22k BTU, which I found highest for its price compare to other cooktops. 4. Style. I needed something more durable, which is Stainless steel (not glass, and not colored). This Cooktop, is really great. I hope it to last so that I don't have to go back again.

Easy installation (had to do a little cutting). Quality of the cooktop is quite good. The stainless steel and grates are made well. We have been using the cooktop for about a month and really enjoy cooking on it. The flame accuracy is very precise and is a huge improvement over our previous cooktop.

I love the stir fry burner. Love the very heavy stove top grids. I HATE DEALING WITH SAMSUNG ON JUST THE MOST SIMPLE OF QUESTIONS. THEY HANG UP ON YOU FOR THE SLIGHTEST PROBLEM. IF YOU DON’T GIVE THEM THE BEST OF STARS THEY HANG UP ON YOU. I AM ALMOST SORRY I CHOSE THIS STOVETOP FOR THAT BURNER. THANK HEAVENS FOR BEST BUY’S TOTAL TECH. IT IT WASN’T FOR THAT THIS PRODUCT WOULD GO IN THE DUMPSTER. BUYER BEWARE ON PRODUCT. BUT BUYER REJOICE IN BEING A TOTAL TECH MEMBER. WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TECH TOTAL SUPPORT. WITH JUST A FEW GLIPS ALONG THE WAY. ALL IN ALL TOTAL TECH IS WORTH THE MONEY AND THE HEADACHE. THE HEADACHE BEING REACHING ANYONE FOR HELP. ONCE YOU DO THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. WOULD BUY FROM BEST BUY IN A MINUTE. WOULD NOT BUY LG/SAMSUNG AGAIN……….CHINA!

I love this cook top. Its nice and large. The center burner is absolutely clutch. I love how nice and sleek this looks. It also syncs to your hood! Its fricken awesome!

I absolutely love this stovetop. The blue light feature on knobs is just what was needed with grandkids. I have not had any issues with cleaning it. I use a soft cloth and warm soapy water. I highly recommend purchasing it.

Is Beutifull and Elegant cooktop with faster burner and Induction function

This gas cooktop by Samsung is the best one so far I ever owned because of the heat capability, and solid grates. The black stainless steel is a plus cosmetic wise and so far is easy to clean. The included cast iron griddle retains nice heat for pancakes. I do wok cook a lot, and the high heat output is nice, but really rocks is the central location of the wok burner which keeps oil from splattering on the surrounding countertop and backsplash. The blue LED lighted knobs adds a wow factor. I cannot address the WiFi function because it arrived broken (Best Buy will replace when another unit becomes available). The real judge is my wife and she loves it. Only possible issue is the right front burner generates so much heat, I am not sure it could eventually crack the surrounding marble countertop.

The cook top works great. I would recommend it for anyone. Qas a bit of a issue getting it installed. Thats the problem with Best Buy. They let things fall through the cracks and show no respect for the customer.

Waited a while to write a review so I had some cooking time on it. I love this cooktop. Easy to clean. Love the center burner that you can set on high or on a simmer. And the griddle that comes with it works great. I can actually set 2 big pots on the burners without them being crowded.

Great stove cooks warms up food quickly has led blue lights that turn on when stove is on!

Love how easy it is to clean the stainless steel and how the knobs have blue led light when turned on.

Not only does this cooktop look fantastic, it exceeded our expectations. Not sure if WiFi is a necessity but if you have the exhaust fan it probably is a good thing to have. Rated top cooktop by Consumer Reports.

My experience using the product has been excellent. I love the design, quality and style.

After 5 months of use, I have started seeing white stains on the surface of cooktop. The gas burners works fine otherwise, however it does not appear as a shiny surface (although we have cleaners clean it professionally every month). I called Samsung for support and they said it is past return window. I told them I don't want to return, just exchange or have someone visit to look at what is the cause of stains. Samsung support is not interested in helping customers. This experience is leaving a poor taste to an otherwise good product.

I have only used my new cooktop a few times, but love it. Last night I used the griddle to heat up some tortillas. It was very easy and quick. It’s a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

Center burner has very high heat, great for stir fry. Love that. However, be aware the distance between the front and back burner is couple inches shorter due to the placement of the front control knobs. This mean can not use medium sized pots at the same time.

clean install and looks really good. Love the light up lights and the dedicated connection to the hood range!

Five burners with four different BTU outputs makes this product very versatile. The grates are very heavy duty, as is the included griddle that covers two burners. Burner controls are all in front, which allows for easy access and is a safer placement than side controls.

Good Quality! Upgraded from black! Like the wok feature & griddle! Easy ti clean, stainless steel! (Back Order) had to wait a long time, but very happy!
