Replacement knobs are $180-$200 each. Look it up yourself, “Samsung NA36N9755 knob”. Bought a new unit instead, will never buy Samsung again.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the surface scratches a bit too easily. Cleaning with a soft cloth and soap and water has been working well but we have some early blemishes from using different materials

It seems like the damage grate is coming from Samsung.

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never buy this Product - its horrible. all parts are not of stainless steel. and if you end up cleaning your cooktop with any grease remover - which I am sure many of us would do : the steel paint comes off. my product is still under warranty and the Samsung services teams says its a physical damage caused by the user - its interesting.. that i have bought a delicate cook top from Samsung which cannot be even cleaned.. what a horrible quality i am getting after paying 1300 $ ... most of you will repent buying this
