My previous cooktop was 20 years old and this one is much much hotter, I am burning everything on low, when I am trying to heat up something takes no time at all. I realize there is a learning curve, but my wrists even though i'm holding a wooden spoon get heated..

Cheap plastic parts fall off and will not be fixed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good cooktop, but plastic parts that Samsung will not replace under warrantee. Ther plastic tab on the left fell off and the rubber bumpers on top were missing. Called Samsung and they sent out a repair person. They said the plastic parts can't be replaced and I should have complained before about the missing bumpers (even though it is under warrantee). So you get a good cooktop with cheap parts that fall off.

Best cooktop ever!

We use it alot for our daily cooking and it works great. We love the lighting to let us know whether it is on or off. We also love the wifi to connect with the phone!!! Its features are a nice touch such as having the exhaust fan come on when a burner is turned on. We had an electric cooktop in the house and are so much happier with gas.

It is not just looks good. 1. The center unit with 22000 BTU. 2. The switch is away from heat. Installation is little difficult since it's barely fit my cut out.
