Now i am wondering what took me so long. The grill is heavy duty and cleans easily. It is much faster to use. Love it

The only thing with this is that the knobs get really hot, too hot sometimes to touch so it’s a little bit difficult trying to turn it off or turn it up or down.

I thought I was getting quality for the money

I'm not sure what kind of Stainless Steel or coating that's on the cooktop but it is impossible to get and keep it looking clean. We have tried almost every method to keep the streaks out after a cleaning but it's a challenge to keep it looking great. I have never had this much trouble keeping stainless looking good. Finally found a Arm and Hammer Cleaner that looks fairly decent but be prepared to put a lot of elbow grease into it. Now the really bad part. Shame on me for buying anything that has 1 year parts and labor. These people sure know their numbers. A gas valve on one of the burners locked up and will not open. Thank goodness it's in the off position, 1 year and 3 months and a gas valve breaks? These should last longer than one year, A gas valve, give me a break.

Had issues with the initial unit arriving damaged from Samsung. The 2nd one arrived with a small chip[ in the paint. We kept it as is is not that noticeable. We purchased this one based upon reviews and dependability.
