Always had natural gas before. But after switching to induction we would never go back

It works fine, people complaint because they don't read the instructions for a good appliance management

First one I ordered was twisted so Best Buy was great about getting a replacement to me. That worked great for the 1 year warranty. Two months after the warranty ended, I get an error code F0 and the cooktop will not work. Samsung tech wants to charge $300 just to come look at it. I loved this thing but considering it broke this quickly and service cost is absurd, I'd be cautious about buying this. If you decide to buy anyhow, purchase the extended protection.

This is my 2nd induction cooktop. 1st one was a GE was fine till I broke the top. This new one has all the bells and whistles and works really well. I like the WIFI feature. Definitely an upgrade with the new technology.

This cooktop is the highest rated electric induction cooktop on Consumer Reports. Definitely make sure your cookware is compatible before buying.

if you only boil water, this is for you

Boils water super fast. That's awesome. But if you want accurate touch sensors and if you like evenly cooked pancakes, don't get this cooktop. We have tried to get the issue fixed but Samsung refuses to acknowlege the problem unless we have tons of video footage. I'm busy cooking, I'm not about to whip out my camera every single time my food is cooking unevenly.
