    Original paid 200!!, after testing this monitor for 4 months i have come to the conclusion that I should have spent the money and then some on different brand or model. Iv always liked Samsung products and had good experiences with them but after reading reviews on this product and experiences myself, it seems this is one Samsung let’s slip through there fingers. To start with the monitor gets so hot that sometimes will turn off. The imagine quality isn’t what its truly cracked up to be, and to top it off after 4 months pixiles have stared to die, all I can say is thank you Best Buy for a product replacement plan.

    Besides its amazing curved appearance

    You can read its resolutions and all that from its own website. However, the biggest missing for this price is the tilt. You cannot tilt the screen and this makes you pay for an extra monitor stand. Unfortunately, that bothered me a lot and gave me neck pain. Then, I purchased the monitor stand. I also needed to use a 3 ring binder to give a tilt to the monitor until the monitor arrives.

      Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +22°, as listed in the User Manual.

      Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you.

    Screen resolution is very poor.. Definitely not HD! I purchased this as it was supposedly a great screen. The curved LED HD screen was the worst resolution I have ever seen on a monitor, and for Samsung, I was expecting a MUCH better quality product. I purchased this as I also got a Samsung 40'" 2160p smart tv, and it is AMAZING. This screen, however, is not HD, and the curve is nice, but also distorts certain windows. I DO NOT recommend any of the Samsung Curved LED screens. However, Samsung TV's I would recommend to everyone!

    Would not use open box again

    Ordered monitor online. Opened box and plugged unit in and left side of the screen was purple. After 5 minutes of trying to adjust I lost 1/4 of the screen. Took it back to store and they were all out of stock. Since my other monitor broke I had to go without a monitor for a few more days. Didn’t offer anything to upgrade to next model up at a discount which would have helped.

    This monitor looked great in the store. Got it home and knew when I turned it on, it was not going to work for me. My excel spreadsheets looked like they had been written with a leaky pen. My very old HP monitor I was replacing had better clarity. Adjustments didn't help. I returned this monitor and purchased a Viewsonic. Now I'm happy.

    6 of 6 Failed shortly after 1 year.

    We ordered 6 of these units. Shortly after a year, about a year and 3 months (Just outside of warranty) all 6 of the units have failed. The screens go crazy and no longer display images just random colors. All units were on UPS/Surge Protectors. Would not recommend this product.

    Stuck or dead pixels

    I was not happy with this monitor. It had two stuck or dead pixels in the bottom right, and one in the middle of the screen. I tried another Samsung monitor and the result was the same. Samsung quality is no longer existent. Their products seems to be plagued with issues these days.

    Dead after 2.5 months

    Monitor was great, bought it on 11/28/2018. But now on 02/16/2019, it suddenly went black, won't turn on, and the power button won't even glow blue to indicate power. Didn't purchase a replacement plan so I presume my trip to the store won't go well.

    Expensive and Low Quality

    After 3 days of using the monitor it appeared an horizontal line, first colored then just white that went from side to side. Looks like some pixels are dead or just stopped working. Such a shame from a Samsung Monitor. Seems like quality is no longer a part of their brand.

    Got this because of the great deal and reviews. However it's terrible. Constantly freezing, crashing, and turning off and on when it's supposed to stay off. I'd rather get a basic tv with a roku device instead.

    Purchased a Samsung 24" LED monitor as a present for my grandson and the screen was cracked at the top and now has a 6" crack staring at the top of the monitor and goes all the way to the bottom. Will have to wait until Friday to return it. Let's hope the process is fairly simple.

    Decent monitor. I get shadows on images when moving during games on my Xbox. Haven't got around to calling best buy or Samsung. Kind of annoying to deal this this on a brand new product. Tried new HDMI and didn't fix.

    This is a good smaller monitor. It fits on a smaller sized desk and the curved monitor allows a game to be viewed from several angles with great clarity.
