I put several caps to wash with regular clothes and they came out perfect. No damage and really clean. So far the set is great! The price and home delivered free, never disappointed with Best Buy!

It has the agitator which is a must for me, when the load is done the clothes are wet...not saturated and it has a lock feature among many others which are so smart!!!

I've used it like 5 times and it seems fine. One load of towels left them sopping wet, but it's entirely possible - if not likely - that I messed up and got the settings wrong. The other loads were fine. Clothes clean, not loud, seems fine!

Easily fits quilt, blanket, sheets, and pillowcases for my queen-sized bed. Looking at the extra space left, would probably work for king-sized, as well. Lots of features and options for water temperature, level, and load type. Bonus: It's plays a cute little song for you when it's done.

I keep being told to purchase contract which worries me, but I really can't speak on problems or repair since the unit is brand new.
