Works great very quiet nice to be able to wash more clothes at once,it was a good price and good value

Great size and fit! I haven’t had to rewatch any of my clothes! Also the variety of cycles is nice!

I am enjoying my new washing machine. I like the functions on it and they are easy to use. I also like that machine plays music when the machine stops.

Worked well until my lid cracked completely through the back after 10 months. I don’t place anything on top of it. I’m not rough with it. Literally just cracked. Supposedly have a 1 year warranty through Samsung however that’s been a hassle been trying to file a claim and get a replacement lid or repair all week spent countless hours on hold & on their website.

This washing machine works great, and can even wash large bedding. Delicery to my home was quick and painless. I would recommend to anyone on a budget.

To be fair, I waited until I had used the machine for some time and here is the result. Do not waste your money. This machine is riddled with issues, such as clothes get tied up around the agitator. Also, there are times where I have had to actual jiggle the lid to make the water start running into the machine, the setting levels are horrible, after consistent or high activity of using the machine, it will run heat and refuse to work, putting detergent into the machine prior to starting the washing process begins, the machine will spin the detergent out, therefore you have to start the wash, wait for the water to start, pausing the machine and then put you detergent in. Frankly, there is more bad news to report; however, I simply do not have enough space to do so. Quite disappointed in this product. Therefore, I cannot recommend it.

Great washer dryer set. Sleek & easy to use. Love the songs they sing when they’re done.

After just over a year of use, we noticed mold and sludge on our clothing. After taking the washer apart, there was mold and sludge all over the inside of the machine. We cleaned it out and have a technician out to service it. We were told to use the self clean feature and to clean it once a month with cleaning tablets. 7 months later we are having the same mold and smudge on our clothes. This watching machine does not function correctly and is TERRIBLE.

This is the 2nd set of samsung washer and dryer... and again 3 months out of factory warranty it fails to work anymore... and of course we have to pay out of pocket to have someone come out to "service" it... smfh... Trash product and will never buy another sumsung again...

I originally chose Samsung because it was highly rated on review sites. So far, this one is better than I could have imagined, even with the glowing ratings. Though it is only 27 inches wide, the tub is large - it's rather like being able to do two loads in one (and this machine was replacing a commercial washer.) I like the 'green' features - power shuts off when the machine is not in use, and I have found that my white linens are just as clean with the 'eco warm' setting as they had been with hot water. It does take a bit of adjustment. I initially thought something was wrong, because the lights for the panel keep flashing throughout a cycle. The machine is extremely quiet. Cycles take longer than the older machine's did, and I had to remember that this did not mean a problem. (I'm a senior - not quite 'wash tub' and mangle age, but very new to recent appliances.) The installation, and removal of the old machine, was fast. I was very glad the installer actually turned on a cycle, and I began a load of wash at once - not only because I dearly needed washing, with a machine broken previously, but because I was nervous with the new and unfamiliar operation. Those who do need to adjust need to break old habits. :) The 'eco warm' is very effective, but many of us will have been accustomed to having to use very hot water for whites. Clothing that is not soiled can be done with 'quick wash,' and it is very effective. I even found that I only needed one 'pod' to get the cleaning power that used to take two. My only problem is that I am quite short, and the tub is so deep that fishing out the items at the bottom are a challenge.

I was looking for an affordable, yet reliable, washing machine after mine broke. The name power of Samsung definitely drew me to this machine, but the features and capacity were what made my decision. I could’ve saved a few bucks on another washer but that would’ve compromised too much to make it worth it. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and I’m really loving it. All my laundry has come out super clean, and that’s a feat considering I have a 3 year old daughter who loves to garden (or should I say, loves playing in the dirt). My only complaints so far is it’s a little noisy compared to washers I’ve had in the past that have been much older, and only one cycle (deep wash) uses fabric softener and it’s a little inconvenient because it takes a very very long time compared to the standard cycles. That being said, I knew that I was buying the cheapest Samsung available and on sale so I knew that I’d be sacrificing some bells and whistles compared to more expensive models. For the price it’s a fantastic washer and does it’s job well. Also the Geek Squad guy that installed it was awesome and gave us a full rundown on the machine which was super helpful. Definitely not the last time I’ll be buying an appliance from Best Buy.

I received this washer at a discount in exchange for an honest review. This Samsung washer looks very classic . The features are what gives this washer the amazing stars. From the huge barrel where I can fit double the amount I would fit into my older model. The different cycles of normal,quick wash, heavy duty and also bedding/waterproof. It will do the right job for any type of stains and odors. My favorite feature as a parent of a toddler is the child lock. This allows me to have peace of mind that my toddler will not try to put extra stuff in like his markers :/ The soft close lid will not startle anyone off their seats . And the twist (pun intended) is the super quite agitator even from close range. It is very gentle but effective. It swishes like a river flowing through mountains (visualize that). Bonus: the super cute melody when the cycle is over makes me wanna hug my washer.

Bought to replace our 2014 Samsung Washer (WA45H7200AW, a $550 unit) that was great, but would go off balance fairly constantly throwing errors. This model is great, but more barebone as far as features. Aesthetically it looks great, but all of the incredibly bright red lights are a step back as they are bright enough it's difficult to read the settings near them. On our older unit the lights were blue and a red light would only pop up if there was an error. I suppose if one of the lights starts flashing it could signify an error. Performance-wise, this unit has a free-floating basin but is equipped with a mechanical agitator. The agitator does help to clean clones more effectively as well as to balance loads when in use. Trying to balance loads before use, we've only had one load of several dozen go off balance which requires you to rebalance and then restart the unit (which restarts part of the cycle taking additional time). The feet are rubberized and hold the unit very still on a flat floor, even more so than our last unit. All around this unit has performed well enough, though I do wish they had opted for blue led over bright red. Otherwise, the performance is good and this has been a decent purchase. Here's hoping it continues to hold up well without going more and more off balance.

This washer turned out better than I had hoped for.  It's equipped with various settings to facilitate our different loads (small, large, delicate, etc.) It makes ways less noise than my last washer. The noise is faint even when in close proximity. Washer allows you to drop in last minute items even after load was started (you will have to give it a few seconds to unlock though). Most of its features are straightforward. Comes with a safety lock which is a great added layer of protection for when kids are around. Washer does a great job in ensuring there isn't excess water in loads which makes drying much faster.

A solid budget-friendly washer. Needed to buy a washer/dryer that would be small enough to fit down a narrow staircase in an old house and this fit perfectly. Easy to use, cleans well. Ordering in-store was very simple and the person who helped us was friendly and made the transaction smooth. No complaints!

Very nice set, nothing to fancy but gets the job done well. We opted for the agitator model and it really does make a difference in the overall cleanliness of the clothes. The stainless steel tub is a plus abs the washer is extremely quiet as well as the dryer which heats up super quick and gets the job done fast. Was a bit too deep for my laundry room but that's not a big deal, I would've likedit more if the dryer had a light, we also got the 5yr protection since it's our first time buying Samsung laundry products we just wanted to be on the safe side.

Three things that I like about this washer are: big and roomy tub, runs quietly, and it has a self clean mode. The exterior is easy to clean as well. Downside is that it does not have a compartment drawer for the laundry detergent so you need to pour it directly into the tub. Also, the different washing cycles (including the Quick Wash) takes a long time before it finishes. Overall, it cleans clothes well. Just wish there's a way to shorten the washing time.
