O My!!! Love this Samsung Washer! It’s so smooth and sleek. The digital dial is very easy to use and the 3 sec lid lock, doesn’t drive me crazy! I was a whirlpool lover, not anymore. I’m 43, and this is my first new washing machine, lol military life! Love it!

Like the settings, especially the choices of water level. It's VERY quiet. Like the soft-close lid (although I wish the surface was level so I could set items on top). Wanted an agitator which this washer has. Capacity is great for large loads. Delivery/set-up crew surpassed my expectations!

Great and simplest of washing machine that I could find. Don't need bells and whistles to clean clothes. With that said, it has everything you need to clean your things. Has 'Quick wash' , 'Delicate', 'Normal, 'Bedding/Waterproof', 'Deep Wash', and 'Heavy Duty'. Also has a nice deep tub. The Normal cycle seems to run long. I use 'Quick Wash'.

The washer has been great. Easy to operate. Washes well. I've been able to easily put my comforters in the washer as well. I worried as it was less expensive than some.

This is by far the "smartest" appliance we have purchased. It can sense the weight and volume of clothing, and automatically choose the best water setting. It saves water, and it does a better job of cleaning our clothes. However, it has a few drawbacks. First, it came with no instruction manual to help us learn how to use it. We had to watch online videos, and get the help of our daughter-in-law, who has a similar machine, to show us how to take advantage of the settings. Then, it has no soap dispenser. For this reason, we typically pour our liquid detergent into a small container, then add about a quart of water, before pouring it into the bottom of the machine. Finally, the tub is very deep. My wife, at 5'3", cannot reach the clothes on the bottom without a stool, help, or something to reach down inside with. Time will tell if it will last as long as the washer we replaced (15 years).

Our washer died at an inopportune time and we needed an inexpensive solution quickly. We purchased caked this unit based solely on price and it did not disappoint. It’s been about a month and we haven’t had any issues. It doesn’t feel like a “cheap” washer which was my biggest worry. The controls are pretty basic, no bells and whistles but we weren’t expecting that at this price point. The little tune it plays when a load is finished is entertaining as well. Delivery was a breeze. They called beforehand and arrived on time. Had everything set up in no time at all.

Washes great. Fits larger loads. Easy to use. Better than the more expensive washer it replaced. Clothes are less wrinkled with the agitator model. Just wish a washer existed that didn’t take an hour to complete a load but I guess you can’t have everything.

So far this washer is great. It appears it does a better job cleaning the items than my last washer did, plus it's quieter and doesn't "rock &roll" during the a spin cycle. The large capacity tub is great for comforters, etc.

Im still getting used to my new style modern washer. I find it easy to program,and ive done quick wash, deep wash and normal washes, customizing the tempersture and water depth each time. Im finding it quiet and doing a good job.

Very energy and water efficiency. Very quiet and washed well. It does takes longer from other washer I had. But it is because of the high efficiency.

Loving it! It works quietly and easy to use. The alert tone is gentle and sweet. The depth is amazing. You can wash your comforters within your home and not in a laundromat. It doesn't take a lot of space. It looks great!

I wanted a washing machine. It didn't need to have a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles I wouldn't use. It had to turn on, wash my clothes, get them clean and that's pretty much it. The Samsung was in the open boxed section, a reasonable price and fit my needs. A bonus was the generous size of the load area! I can do one load versus three for the same amount of clothes. It is user friendly, doesn't ask me a lot of things before starting and is quiet. It was a good purchase.

easy to use,cleanse well,buttons to use to start washer to work are set up easy & simple. I like the tune it plays every time the wash is completed. no loud weird nose when the washer is working.

Great capacity. Efficient. Aesthetically pleasing. Pretty quiet. Has a unique tone that plays when your cycle is complete. Lots of options for water temp, height, cycle selection, etc.

It’s been about a month now since I’ve purchased this washer. Nothing fancy but it does it’s job 100%. It’s quiet, easy to use, and very simple. If you’re on the shorter end, you might need a little step so you can reach the clothes all the way at the bottom. The only real qualm I have about this is that I’m trying to find out how to disable the jingle that comes on when the washer is finished.
