Not a big problem but it does happen.

Samsung is a great manufacturer and we are very pleased with it. Our old Bosch w/d had been great - however , when one goes the other one will not work - you must buy 2 whether you need it or not. We have bought only Samsung this year, including jFrig - Love them

The rubber seal part was unavailable from Best Buy, and I am not sure if Samsung even has it. Now we have a leaky machine we no longer trust. The dryer is finicky and sometimes won’t switch modes.

It takes a King Sized quilt and drys it. It does take longer to dry than a vented dryer but it's worth the time because my clothes are softer and in great shape. Great product reducing my carbon footprint.

Not a real dryer

Regardless of the settings, your clothes are guaranteed to always come out damp unless you dry the, for four hours. And fear not, emptying the lint vent makes no difference. The good news is the dryer is brand new, and it has consistently under performed from day one. Now giving the difficulty in getting it installed is the only reason I kept it. The sensor seems to be based on weight and really isn’t effective in sensing moisture. My greatest agitation is selecting an hour and shutting off in 15 min because it inaccurately deems rage clothes dry. I needed this brand due to space constraints but I might as well tear down a wall and purchase a bigger different and brand. My overall recommendation.... don’t do it!
