Bestbuy installer broke the plug

I bought the same machine from costco and I really like it

In addition, it has never been able to dry fitted sheets, other items get stuck inside and we eventually have to hang dry them. This is when there is just a small duvet cover and 4 pillow cases, not overloaded. I had to buy a small washer and dryer to fit the space we have and regret it. My old washer dryer that I got used on craigslist for $250 (combined) worked much better at cleaning and drying than this washer dryer combo. Quite disappointed and would never buy again.

We needed a stacking kit which the salesman asked about then never ordered. We had to rewire the electrical system because of the new location so we are without a washer and dryer until the stacking kit is ordered and delivery rescheduled.

The normal drying with 1 hr & 10 min, even with a low load, doesn't dry at all. You set up the maximum drying with 1 hr 28 min, and still it doesn't dry well, and you always have to add more drying. It's a terrible waste of time & waste of electric consumption. And it didn't pay cheap for it. It cost some $1200. Stay away from this product!
