    My dryer is no longer working (1 MONTH IN)- it's been over 2 weeks and working with Samsung CS is absolutely terrible and the company they use to service. Service Quick is even worse. I had to have my own professional come. They don't exchange but basically I will - only after another visit - give me a credit to buy something else at BestBuy...they ordered a part, left a message it was for my washer and I'm still dealing with al of this incompetency. BUYER BEWARE!

    Awful. Takes forever to dry anything and after one year of ownership makes an AWFUL screaching noise the whole time it runs. Expensive garbage.

    The Samsung dryer is a thing of the past. It was traded for a GE dryer. I’ve had many Best Buy guys here. They’ve all mentioned the water that’s accumulating, but have done nothing about it. I now have a laundry area with a very musty odor. Another gentleman (geek squad) will be coming next Saturday to fix the problem. Of course, I’m not doing laundry now. If this isn’t what you’d like,I’m sorry. This is the only review I can do.the visiting

    You provided me with washer and dryer you could not install, five appointments for installation that did not do it, with no one noticing that the pair could not be stacked. The location is in a closet, so it does not need a stacker kit. I said over and over I would sign any form to relieve you of responsibility for any accident, so you could put one on top of the other, like we have done for 30 years. Then the only pair you could sell me was unavailable for a month. I went to you two months ago because you could install in two days. Also, you took back the originals. You have not yet credited me for their cost, and no one answers the phone when I call to get that taken care of.

    The lint trap is a U shape that barely lets any lint get sucked in to the lint tray. Lint tends to clog the inside of the plastic checkered vent before it can get sucked onto lint net. I had to vacuum out the inside of the vented area after every 4 or 5 loads. Bought the warranty but covid ended the world as we know itand I couldn't get anyone to come out and look at it. Worst design ever.

      Congratulations on your new Samsung Dryer. I am sure that you will love it. A good rule of thumb is to clean out your lint trap before each use before any fluffy build up can form. Also if you are using dryer sheets, They will cause a film with the lint and make it harder to clean and operate properly.. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad Samsung

    I've had this dryer less than 2 years and it keeps breaking. The same issue happens every couple of months. It's been "fixed" 3 times. Even though I have a service plan, it is hard to schedule a time that works with a full time job, unless you work from home. I've spent so much money at the laundromat because my dryer doesn't work.

    Squeaky dryer dye to faulty drym rollers

    Purchased 24inch washer dryer combo November 2020. Few months latet dryer starts making squeaky noise. Looked up online and apparently this is very common problem in samsung dryers gor a very long and manufacturedoes nothing to solve it or to help customers with replacement kits. One year later drum rollers need to be replaced.

    Best buy delivery just left. I paid for a washer, dryer and stacking kit with install. The nice man did offer to install them...... except no place to fit since it goes in a closet. They left without giving me any options to rectify. I called the store and they said they'd try to find one but hung up on me. I'm so angry I could spit fire

    Just over a year old (and thus out of factory warranty) and the heating element has died. Looks like it will be repaired on my dime, with less than 14 months of use. AVOID!

    Best compact dryer

    With a small space for a laundry room, I originally chose an LG ventless washer/dryer unit. It was a complete nightmare...drying one load of clothes would take 2 whole days and the unit would break down at least every 4-6 months. So glad I found this dryer!! It not only fits into my tiny closet, but operates almost silently and does its job quickly. In less than an hour, it can dry a bulky comforter to fluffy perfection and do normal loads in less than that. Plus, the design is really something to admire.

    Not my best choice of machines.... Sheets and towels don’t dry and you have to put them through a second cycle. Our electric bill is doubled!!! Not happy!!!

    Features are good but lasted 9 months and then started to squeak very loudly. Had someone come out to repair broke again a month later.

    Had it 2 days and the electric panel in it burned out. Had them come pick it back and returned and purchased a Maytag.
