They charged me for a vent that wasn't needed and the installers just dropped it off and didn't finish the installation. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the installers, you have to be jerks to them and insist that they complete the job. It makes me feel bad to do this.

Strange water removal reservoir which I never had to do with my old dryer. I should have researched this better and gotten larger capacity or different brand.

My washed loads have to be split in half to be accommodated but nonetheless I'm still so grateful this exists!!!

I would have preferred a dryer that can accommodate a full load washer load but this works well. A normal load of clothes comes out warm and dry in a less than 2 hours. I really love the feature that can detect if there is still moisture. Overall it does the job no complaints so far in the three weeks that we have been using it.

That's not to say it's not a good-enough dryer 90% of the time, just wish it was more affordable and I didn't have to empty the water tank.

Very energy efficient and dries sizable load of clothes in about an hour and a half. The dry senor works well for energy conservation. It adjusts remaining time of cycle depending on dampness of clothes. It is very quiet and does make utility room warm.
