Second unit did the same thing. Too bad because it looks very nice. Samsung service was not very good.

I like the features and flexibility. My only question is relating to the water collection compartment. I have hooked my drying up so it will drain the water instead of me emptying the compartment each time. I want to make sure my unit is functioning correctly so the question is "when/how does the water drain? I have tested by filling up the compartment with water then running the dryer but no water is draining and am concerned something maybe not working correctly. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
