Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.nice unit but delivery men say cant install no stacing unit with machine , well i looked inside for manual and did find the stacking unit now i have to wait 3 days for them to send a person to install my opion is that the delivery service is not trained to see these issuses if person would have looked inside the unit he would have found all the things needed to complete the install, they seemed to be in a hurry to move on and said i would recive acall from best buy after 4 hrs pasted no call or e mail so i had to call best buy 1st call after waiting for agent i explained the problem and was told to wait while i was connected to the right person after 10 min call was dropped so i made 2nd call and now was told next avaible date is 3 days unit is great to me but best buy in my opion can train their installers and delivermen to be sure of what is needed for installation, just my opinion i may seek out a vendor for my next purchace which may be more home appicanices and comp tv etc i not expect any thing more than having the unit installed ,

I ordered a seal from Samsung and it wasn't the correct part. They have no pictures of parts on their site. Spoke by phone to Samsung and they sent me a part two different times that still was not the correct part. No repair shops in a one hour radius. Drying time for towels went from two hours to six hours. After 2years and 2months of ownership, went out and bought another dryer(Electrolux).
