The first call to Samsung was about 60 days from delivery. Basically got the thing going by resetting the unit (unplug/plug in). This worked for about 2 or 3 weeks. Then it started repeating. On day 80 I couldn't get it to go at all. I finally convinced Samsung telephone support that I needed a technician. It took another 10 days of so to get one on site. He replace the entire control panel. That allowed the unit to work for another 2 days. This morning it stopped working again. Another call to Samsung and am now awaiting a call back from a elevated call group in the next 24 hours. I am thinking my best solution is to call the local news station and have them do a story on this piece of junk. If I could get Samsung to buy it back I would start over with another manufacturer. I should have known. I had an expensive Samsung refrigerator quit on my after less than 5 years. Just junk.
