Non professional and no concern for the consumer

I used the machine once and it was stuck in the spin fill cycle. The only thing that stopped it was to Use the emergency hose on the bottom right of the machine and drain pan after pan of water . When the machine was empty of water the machine door unlocked , No supports very unprofessional I would never recommend Best Buy for any product or there customer device

I only bought one item,, a Samsung washing . The stackable kit was not ordered because you were unable to attached the dryer to another Dryer Brand. Best Buy was un able to use my (outlet/voltage).
