Satisfied with purchase. The machine has several wash function options that enjoy. I love that there is a lot of room for bulky beddings. I am 5ft tall so there is some difficulty for me reaching down into the bottom of the basin - but not enough of a problem that I’m disappointed with the machine itself.

Powerful and quiet (except for the end-of-cycle tune). A good balance between old school top load washer and high-efficiency. The ability to use in an exterior setting (sunroom) was a plus, as long as the unit is kept above freezing. My 50s era house doesn't have a better location for the laundry room. Handles really dirty work clothes with ease. I found that I have to be very particular to balance heavy item loads like throw rugs or comforters, or it shuts off mid-cycle. This was not a problem with my previous front loader, but I can compensate. I wish the auto-water level setting was not "Extra High" as I live in CA, and have to manually adjust for each cycle to reduce water usage. Otherwise, a solid machine.

Love the impeller--you end up with a bit more space for laundry, and less damage to your clothes. I'm also such a sucker for the load-completion song. <3 Clean clothes, efficient washer, not too pricey. What more can I ask for?

Really like this washer. It works great and has so many settings, even a self cleaning mode. Love it, great investment.

Ended up getting another Samsung washer for color matching purposes, but worked really well!

I'm confused by the ratings for this washer. Maybe we received a poorly made one. We haven't even had this washer for 2 years and it has stopped working. The rinse cycle makes the washer stop running and then is smells like it is overheating. We don't do a ton of laundry. On average, we do 3-5 loads a week. Prior to it having issues, it was far from perfect. If you use any cycle besides Heavy Duty or Bedding, the laundry detergent doesn't get rinsed out (no matter the size of the load). The cycles also seem to take longer than any washer I've had before.

Received product installation and the guys delivered down our steep steps into the basement. Everything has been working great! fairly easy to use, does a good job with laundry. Can't complain of any of the features. Many different modes, and big enough for what our needs are. Price was good point for what your getting. We love it.

I am very pleased with this machine. It wrings so much water out in the spin cycle that I was amazed. it makes pleasant little sounds. It takes a long time though for regular wash, but has a quick wash cycle.

Love my new washer n dryer. I just didn’t know how loud of washer would be and I measured wrong unfortunately so, I had to take doors off of closet are in.

So far so good. My one issue us that the machine doesn't seem to wash clothes in cold water. I keep selecting it but it washes in warm.

Great dryer. Love it. Dries everything from clothes to blankets. It stops here and there, but that’s because of the sensor. No biggie.

Washer is great product. However it was damaged when delivered and still waiting for a replacement
