the washer seems good, but has defects. the 2nd purchase in bestbuy ans both come with some issue. delivery was delayed for a week. I'll call to change the washer. very unsatisfied.

I am absolutely in love with this Samsung washer! It has a large capacity and that means less loads of laundry for me to wash throughout the week. It is pretty quick and quiet when washing. Has a lots of different settings and super easy to use. I personally use the normal wash cycle with warm water the most. I have also discovered it if it is to heavy loaded on one side it will stop and alert you to come find it instead of continuing and damaging itself. I love the soft close lid and the fact that it has a lock while washing. That way my child can't stop it mid wash! I also love that it sings me a song when it is finished washing. I recieved a discount on this item for my honest review.

Was not sent the hoses and things needed for installation despite paying extra for them. Ended up having to install myself with old hoses.

Coming from a washer/dryer set that I have had since my early 20s, I truly cannot state how much this washer/dryer combo has changed my washing experience. I am finally able to wash more than 4 wash towels at a single time, and I can finally leave my dryer in confidence knowing that the dryer will not stop until the clothes are fully dry! Even though my wife and I share lots of things in our marriage, our approach to doing laundry could not be more different. This washer however takes care of all of that with it’s multiple preset washing cycles, really helping take some of the guesswork out of washing. Additionally, the large capacity means that we have not only reduced our washing loads as a whole as more clothes can properly clean in a larger set, but we can know properly wash our bedding! This is double checked by the extra high water level feature that Samsung has included. This means that when we wash a larger load we can ensure that the clothes are properly soaked and washed, but for smaller loads we are not being wasteful by filling the whole barrel when it isn’t called for. And lastly, I have to say that with the vibration reduction tech that Samsung has included, I can now wash a load of clothes during my wife’s shows without getting a death glare. It handles clothes wonderfully and is as quiet as one could hope for!

Our Samsung - 4.1 cu. ft. High-Efficiency Top Load Washer with Soft-Close Lid and 8 Washing Cycles washed very well. It had a very big tub that fit about 13 full size towels at one time. It allowed for fewer loads which is priceless for time challenged families.

We were pleasantly surprised by this small but large washing machine. Because of the large 4.1 cubic foot load capacity, we are now washing fewer loads. The fact that there is no agitator makes loading even easier. A pretty cool feature is the soft close safety lid, no more having to double check that the lid is completely shut. There are 8 pre-set laundry programs but the bedding feature has to be the best. We have a small child in the house and the bedding gets washed a little more than the average. Combined with the large capacity drum, washing the bedding is no longer a hassle. Our old machine could not handle the large quilts so we had to go to a laundry mat. The vibration reduction technology of the washer makes doing laundry even quieter. This machine is saving us money all around with the energy savings features as well as less loads! I would highly recommend this Samsung washer to everybody.

Samsung top load washer is very capable machine that exceeds my expectation. We are family of four with two very active boy and girl; thus having frequent laundries. First of all, it does its job wonderfully. It provides several different water temperatures, water levels, and power levels. Basically, it covers all washing needs for my family. Two of my favorite features are the vibration reduction technology, and Quick Wash. Samsung washer is noticeably quieter than my older washer; thanks to vibration reduction. And Quick wash is something that we need in case we need to quickly wash kids clothes. I normally use it for smaller load, and finishes washing about 30 minutes; Fantastic feature. Note on the height of the washer; it is bit high for my wife, and we had to place a small step in front of the washer. Just keep in mind if anyone has plan to purchase.

Where do I start with this washer, so far it's amazing! It's super quiet, even when in that final stage of draining! The drum itself is huge and it helps that it doesn't have an agitator in the way! Instead the bottom acts as an agitator and performs flawlessly! One of my favorite features is that is has a dedicated option for for bedding along with an extra high option for the water level! This allows the washer to perform at its best for those bulking bedding options! Did I mention how quiet this thing really is? the only time I really hear it is when it has completed it's operation and it plays a melody to alert you it's done! Overall it's a great washer with alot of room for all of those clothes you and your kids may have A++

I've never owned an impeller washer before, but I was in need of a larger washer due to getting a new king bed. I found out the hard way that my comforter would not fit in my old agitator style washer and I didn't really have the budget for a front load washer. This washer was the perfect choice for my needs! I can fit my king down-alternative comforter no problem, it even has a bedding cycle, in fact, there are 8 different cycles. You can even choose the water fill level, or let the machine automatically pick the best water level. I'm amazed how much quieter this machine is compared to my old agitator style machine. I appreciate that this machine is smart enough to slow itself down if it's off balance and gives you troubleshooting codes with the lights if there's anything wrong while washing a load. My laundry always comes out clean and a lot drier than my old washer, which leads to shorter drying times in the dryer. Overall, this washer has exceeded my expectations and has a lot more features than I was expecting.

I was not sure what to expect and like some features but feel some key features are missing. First the size of the wash tub is impressive, I can fit two loads of laundry and large blankets in one wash cycle. The machine is not loud and seems to really keep clothes on balance. The knobs are easy understand each cycle and what settings you need. I also like the music tone at the end of the cycle that the washer plays. The most disappointing feature for me is not having a fabric softener dispenser and no way to add softener without baby sitting the cycle. I end up having to do an extra rinse and spin cycle at the end of every single wash. Also the time it takes for each cycle is double the amount of time my old washer took. To be honest I would not have purchased this washer if I had known that it didn't have a fabric softener dispenser. I used to throw a fabric softener ball in the wash at the start and it would do all the work for me, but that is not an option with this washer it just sits inside the ball and leaks all over the clothes at the end of the wash. I would highly recommend they add some sort of dispenser for future. "I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review"

I am very impressed with the quietness of the washing machine. I have used 4 of the 8 washing cycles. I've use the normal cycle to wash our everyday clothes - the clothes comes out clean and the color is maintained. I've use the "heavy duty" cycle to wash some heavily soiled clothes, the washer does an excellent job of getting out the stains. The big capacity allows me to wash our king size comforter with ease. When done, the washer plays a sound....how cool is that! I love the fact that it's energy efficient and pressing the power on is so easy. I am very happy with this Samsung washer. Well done Samsung, you have found another way to make your customer s lives are little bit easier!

I love the way this machine cleans; less time in the dryer needed because the machine spins clothes extremely well. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because there is no where to put fabric softener. That is my fault, however, did not realize machines were actually made without that option.
