The washer does quality work. Everything is clean the first time around. It has a good amount of room for large loads. It has lots of features as well, offering a variety of settings to meet my needs. I like the fact that I can set default settings and not have to change them all the time,

I loved the way it fits in my closet , I also love the way I am able just to put the clothes in and out since I am short I was not able to buy a top load washer. I also love the tunes the washer carries when your wash is done.. its almost silent that you have to remind yourself your doing laundry.

Very reliable and quiet. We moved the laundry from the basement to the first floor and this unit is very quiet and efficient. I like that fact that you can use both power or liquid detergent and you can load up on bleach and fabric softener so you don't need to keep adding it with each load.

This washer cleans clothes really well. Unfortunately, every time I have cleaned towels I have gotten an error message. Also, water fills the soap dispenser and stays at the end of the load after every cycle. It is easy to use, has a large capacity, and my clothes come out very clean and smelling fresh.

Just had it for a week but have done lots of laundry since then. It is very efficient, quiet, and washes and spins for a great wash. Clothes dry in about 20 minutes for a large load (jeans, sheets, fleeces. This is my second front loader and I wouldn't buy any other kind.

Wow! I absolutely love this washer! I can see the difference in how clewn my clothes come out, I also see the difference how much detergent and water I was wasting before. After the spine cycle, my clothes come out very dry, which means less time in the dryer!

We're so thrilled with this washer! At first it looked like it wasn't filling with enough water, but that's how this washer is designed. It pushes the water THROUGH the clothes instead of just sloshing them around! It was actually kind of gross to realize how little our old washer was cleaning; because now when we pull clean laundry, it smells cleaner! My husband said the same thing! They feel cleaner! The clothes are washed thoroughly, and when the washer is done, it plays a nice little song for you. I have truly enjoyed doing laundry again, and I know I've not even scratched the surface for what this machine can do!

So far, really like them! Quick washing cycles, gets everything clean and fresh. Super quiet during washing; the washer only gets noisy when spinning super fast but duh! Really quick washing though

So far so good. We were so bummed when our current machine went to crap but this bad boy is amazing. Super quiet and washes everything so well. I was skeptical at first of the front loader but pleased so far

I'm very pleased with this purchase. It really cleans our clothes very well and I love the large capacity. I would highly recommend purchasing this washer. P.S. I also have the matching dryer and highly recommend it as well.

I've only run a few dozen loads so far, but the unit is simple to use, quiet and fast. I'm interested to see how it affects my water bill after using an older top loading model for so long.

At first I was worried about getting a front load washer because of the bad reviews others gave me, however my personal use of it has been excellent, the smell of my clothes is amazing, its easy to use, clean, and assemble. I recommend it to anyone

Great washer! We have had this washer for 4 months now, it uses considerably less water and gets my work clothes cleaner then the top load new Maytag that we gave away because of not cleaning my clothes.

I purchased this because I am in a wheelchair and it is really easy to operate. I like the added touch of the music played when time is done. It gives a lot of options and it's pretty quiet. It is a great investment.

I had problems with the first delivery as the company that delivered the washer/dryer (stackable) said they would not fit. I argued that they would as I had measured over and over. They took my OLD WASHER away and would not take it off the truck and said Best Buy would be in touch with you for a new machine. I was furious as now I had no washer. Best Buy immediately sent out someone to measure. The machines did in fact fit. They had me a new stackable washer/dryer within a week and gave me five year Geek Squad protection for free. Best Buy's customer service was excellent. The machines work very well and there is a lot of space inside of them. The washer fits my queen size comforter with no problem. I am very happy with this purchase and the customer service of Best Buy.

One of the most competitively priced front loading washers that was available at the time of my purchase. Clothes come out clean - one small issue is that the tray for loading detergent doesn't fully dry out, I have to leave it open when not in use.

Purchased the washer and dryer. Have been using just under a month, and so far love it. Large capacity, quiet machine. Even large enough to wash a king-size comforter! This is my first HE machine and I am amazed how clean clothes come out with so much less water use!

Washer works very well. Cleans well, quiet, various cycles available. The only downside is that the door sits so low, you can't have a basket in front of the door when opening.
