We have a large family and live on a farm so having a washer that has lots of options, cleans even the toughest of stains and removes all traces of dirt well, runs quietly and is energy efficient is very important to my family! This washer meets all those needs! I love it! I highly recommend! It's also a large capacity so we can get our large loads done effectively!

Found this washer on sale at Best Buy and it had everything I wanted. I am less than 5 feet tall and found most top load machines are almost impossible for me to access without help. Perfect height for me and fits things I never expected ( a large entry rug!). Removes stains easily, uses very little water and is very quiet. I highly recommend this washer.

This is a great washer. Easy to operate and it does an awesome job of cleaning clothes. The spin cycle pulls an abundance of the water out of the clothes so that it creates a faster drying time.

I've run about 10 loads already in this Samsung washer, and it does a great job, except for one situation.
The door stayed locked after it alerted that a load was done. I could not get it to open (the child proof lock feature was not engaged). I tried to reset by pulling out the plug - NOPE. All of the buttons were working, but there was about a gallon of water in the tub still, and I've learned you DO NOT restart another cycle and add more water to a front load - the door may pop open and flood the floor. Been there, done that with my prior Kenmore front load.
I called Samsung. The rep, who had a fairly thick accent and was difficult to understand at times, was reading from their manual and told me I had to open the front filter, but failed to tell me that the water still in the tub will come rushing out. We don't have risers, so the filter door is just above floor level. Other than a cookie sheet, you can't fit a pan underneath to catch the water (which she kept repeating that I had to do). I got so frustrated with her while trying to mop up the water with the bath towels I'd just washed & dried, I hung up and got the filter back in.
I learned a valuable lesson from trial and error, and frustration. When in doubt, when water is left in the tub...set to SPIN ONLY to complete an interrupted cycle! The door finally unlocked and all is back to working well. No problems since then.
I love this washer, just not impressed with my first contact with Samsung's customer service.

I read the other reviews and have been drying the rubber gasket (around the door), the door, and pull out drawer for detergent etc after each use. I also leave the door open and the drawer pulled out in between use. Doing this, I have not had any issues with smell or mildew. I guess this is a common issue to all front loader. But can be completely prevented by taking these steps.
The machine works well, gets the clothes clean and uses less water than old machine. And it is pretty quiet, quieter for sure than my old top loader.
I'm happy with it so far.
I also read research that front loaders put out about 60% less micro plastic pollution (from our synthetic fabric clothes) than top loaders into the waste water that eventually ends up in rivers and ocean. This was part of my reason for getting a front loader. Its also great that I could stack dryer on top, freeing up room in my small laundry room.
This was a very reasonably priced front loader and works great.

I love this washing machine! It is efficient and quiet, and my clothes always come out clean. It has a large capacity for lots of laundry, but it can also wash smaller loads. It also sings a little tune when it's finished, which is fun for this piano teacher. Overall, a great product!

A great front load washer for the price. It washes quickly and efficiently while being very quiet. It has enough settings to be very functional with being overwhelming. It is easy to use and set for a custom cycle.

I Was Very Impressed With the digital operation buttons. the washing machine runs very quiet. The spin cycle does not make the machine jump or make a lot of noise like my last washer, Clothes come out exceptionally clean. Spins the clothes to just damp.

Without a doubt, there is a huge difference between this washer and others. I'd actually expand that to not just this washer but the ability to have a front load washer. First, they are incredibly quiet. Second, very efficient, using very little water that you can see. Last but not least, the clothes come out barely damp after spinning... all in all, very pleased with the purchase and do recommend. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GETTING ONE, please look for open boxes in a store near you. Many stores have open boxes, I got mine for hundreds of dollars cheaper because it was an open box.

When I found myself in the market for a new washing machine, I looked online at reviews, asked family members what washers they had and how they liked them, and checked availability and recommendations from local stores. This model was affordable and came with good recommendations, so I jumped on it.
The machine holds what I would consider a large load of clothing, and the wash cycle options are fairly straightforward.
It gets my clothes clean, and when it's done it plays a cute little tune ("The Trout" by Schubert, I have discovered) to let me know. It operates quietly and smoothly, so far. I know that sometimes washers can get thrown off balance and make a racket, but I have not yet experienced anything of the sort.
I have zero complaints!

The washer is quit, the clothes come out real clean and I can wash a lot of clothes in one load. The only thing is I find if you I don't get the clothes out of the wash until the next day it smells musty smell so make sure you can get the clothes out within a couple of hours of the wash being done.

This washer is super easy to use and gets the job done! I've mainly used the quick wash setting (25 minutes) and everything has come out well laundered. The spin cycle gets all of the water out, so drying time is pretty low! Great machine!

So far, so good. Takes a little getting used to since I've only owned top load agitator style machines previously. Has done a great job cleaning everything I've put in it so far. I was set on purchasing a top load HE machine until the sale started on 11/4, but decided on this because you can't beat the price!!!! Price of front load machines are usually out of the price range of what I'm willing to spend, but this was the same price as the top load machine I was going to buy with a better rebate!

I really like this washing machine. It is easy to use and fit a ton of clothes compared to my previous regular capacity top loader. I do not use nearly as much laundry soap either, yet my clothing comes out clean. My only complaint is that it can start to smell a little like mildew if you close the door after use without letting it dry. I just leave the door open when its not in use, and it works fine. Also, I am not a big fan of having to drain it and clean it fairly often, but I am sure that is the case with all front loaders. Overall, I'd definitely buy this again. The price was right and with a family of 6, you cannot beat the ability to fit an entire laundry hamper worth of clothing into one load!

Runs very quiet, does a great job cleaning the clothes and is very user friendly. Has many cycles to choose from. We also bought the dryer so be sure to purchase the stacking kit.

This washer is quiet and efficient. Spin cycle leaves most fabrics well drained, which allow for shorter dryer time. Auto settings are just right, but you can customize as needed.
Very pleased overall!!!

It was time to replace our 12 year old Kenmore washer and dryer. We decided to go the HE route and after doing research narrowed it down to LG or Samsung. Scored this one and it's matching dryer on sale for $450 each. Saw no real advantage that the more expensive LG unit had over this Samsung. Amazing how much quieter and how much less water it uses, spins clothes so much drier than my last washer. As a result clothes dry in half the time. The display is also useful in how it tells you how long the cycle you chose will run for so you know exactly when it will be done. (if for some reason you can't hear it's digital melody it plays when the cycle is done). For added piece of mind I went ahead and got the Geek squad extended protection just for the washer. Don't really need it for the dryer as it will run less because of how well this one rinses and spins.

I have had this machine about a month. I have done tons of loads of laundry and it works great! It is just the right height without the bottom addition as I'm five feet four. I can fold on top. It wrings out excess water and is extremely quiet. It was also a great price! I bought the extended three year warranty as I always do. I highly recommend this machine. After I use it I dry off the inside glass and rubber around the inside, then leave the door open.....it also holds a big comforter or quiet, even pillows.
