I replaced by 12 year old washer with this one and couldn't be happier. It's very spacious and extremely quiet and super easy to use.

I like this washer. It's setting are very basic, but fits the needs of my household. There is no steam or allergy cycle, but you have to ask yourself if you really need those options. I didn't so I went with this Samsung washer. It is huge; I almost have to get halfway in the thing to get all my clothes out! Not complaining about that though, bc it handles a pretty good sized load so I'm not doing laundry all day. If BB delivers and installs, make them level your washer and run a spin cycle. Only complaint I have is that the drum really rattles when spin cycle goes from high to low and vice versa. Don't know if it's supposed to, but my parents more expensive LG does the same so maybe that's normal.

I'll honestly prolly never use this washing machine. It's my wife's domain. It arrived 3 weeks late, but now that she's had some time with it she absolutely loves it. I'm usually at work when she uses it, but the one time I've heard it, it was barely audible. Super quiet and washes the clothes like...well a machine. Can't go wrong with Samsung. Top quality. I'm a huge fan of their products. Happy that it makes the wife happy, and I will say it looks super cool. Like kinda futuristic. Also, at the time we were looking, it was actually the best value that we could find at Best Buy on a washing machine. Had everything my wife wanted at a good price. Great success!

I absolutely love this machine! Every load of wash comes out smelling fresh and clean, and I have old stains and spots fade or completely disappear! It takes a lot less time to dry clothes now, because the spin cycle does an awesome job getting all excess water out. It's ease of use is another great feature, especially because I replaced a very old washer with just a knob. The washer is so gentle, I can put delicates on any cycle and not worry. I did have to get a longer hose to reach the drain tub, but it was worth every penny. If you are looking for a simple, economical machine that will do the job and do it perfectly, this is the machine to buy. I love, love, love it!

We got this set because our old top loader was way out of balance, and we were a bit skeptical about these, as neither of us have had He washers or side oafish machines. They are amazing though! All of our laundry comes out clean and fresh, and we have a 2 year old, so we do a lot of laundry...they are whisper quiet, we only use 2 tbsp of laundry soap(tide) and it creates a lot of suds and smells great! I recommend this set to anyone that wants a great looking, and working new washer/dryer. Oh yeah, they also play music when they are done!

I bought this to go from a top load to front load for multiple reasons. The most effective change has been that my clothes seem more fresh and clean when the cycle is completed(The top load washer was only 6 months old). An important note is this washer has used substantially less water than my top load. This washer also seems to stay well balanced during the spin cycle. I have yet to experience any bad hopping or wobbling after a couple of feet adjustments to get it perfectly level. The washer is easy to operate as the dial and preset options are easy to understand and use. For the price, this washer is everything that I want and need. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Clothes get cleaner than with a top loader. Less water and deterrent is needed too. Very quiet and user friendly

Top quality machine... well designed and built for ease of use. Extremely quiet when running. Clothes are spun really giving the a head start to the drying process.

I bought this and its matching dryer sight unseen based solely on the reviews. They are huge! I had the space, but be sure to measure or look at them in person before purchasing. That said, it is awesome to finish my laundry with half the number of loads, I'm loving the large capacity. The clothes are really clean with very little laundry detergent. The cycles do take longer, but that is the trade off you get for the efficiency and large size.

I was a little apprehensive to purchase this washer with all concern regarding mold but this machine has a self cleaning cycle so I made the jump. I washed my whites and they looked brand new so much different the my old washer I had to re wash all my whites in the new machine. The clothes come out so clean! I love it. The washer is so quiet too. I can't even hear it running. Energy efficient as well as water saver. Now since I've bought this model I been re washing all my clothes so I can get that fresh clean scent I'm sure I won't be saving on my water bill this month but I am looking forward to years of dependable washing and would repurchase this machine all over again. Also I use a lot less detergent. Thanks.

Machine is very quiet and easy to use . The clothes come out very clean and the machine automatically adds the right amount of water for each load.

If you're looking for a washer that doesn't have any extra fancy features, then I would buy this washer. It is so simple to use, and does all the basic functions I would need. I love that it is quiet during a wash and spin cycle and doesn't disrupt my entire condo or neighbor. It is also great because you can customize a wash cycle and have it remember it so you don't have to apply your settings each time.

Love this washer! Yes, it does have a “new” smell the first few washes, but it quickly goes away. Love the self clean feature! Also love all the settings. It took a few uses to get used to having so many options and buttons, but now I could never go back! Quiet, so efficient, and have already seen a difference in my water bills. And I’ve never had a mildew or smell problem from sitting water. It’s not an inconvenience, I just leave the door open and the drawer open after use to let it dry out. No problems!

We needed a high capacity washer after the birth of our daughter and this washer is perfect. It is efficient and quick and pretty quiet. We love it.

Our washer is upstairs in the hallway. I hate that it is, but this washer is so quiet, I love it now! Washes great, loads a lot, and super quiet. Happy mama!

Purchased mine over the summer and it’s fabulous. Can fit my king comforters comfortably in it. Quick wash setting ~30 mins and washes well. Runs smooth and quiet enough.

I'm so happy my husband and I upgraded to this front load washer. I love that it works efficiently and doesn't waste as much water our previous model (basic GE washing machine.) It's very easy to use and isn't overcomplicated. Our clothes always come out much cleaner than when they went in :) Side note: the salesman at the Best Buy we went to recommends leaving the door and detergent drawer open in between washes to prevent mold. We've had this washer for about 3 months now and we have followed his directions diligently -- no mold so far!
