Used the washer for approximately a month now. Very satisfied with the unit. It does a much larger load than my old unit, and the vibration reduction technology is really efficient. The rinse and spin cycles are so quiet that I barely hear them with the laundry room door closed. It is really pleasant downstairs, as well, since it does not sound like a freight train is charging through whenever the washer is in use.

So far I really like my washer, it does what it is meant to do and cleans clothes. I am a little concerned about constanly seeing water in the soap tray, I worry that the constant moisture will cause mildew. One would think this part would be designed to drain better. Other than this I have no complaints, this was an affordable model and I like that it plays a tune when the load is done instead of an annoying beeping.

I absolutely love this washer. It is very quiet as advertised and holds a very good sized load of laundry. Very easy to use without a lot of unneeded extra.

I had been looking around for a QUIET front loading washer that was was easy on the budget. After some research I decided on this particular washer from Samsung and I LOVE this washing machine. Buying through bestbuy was a smooth transaction, bestbuy delivered the appliance for free and hauled away the old machine for free as well. This washing machine is great at getting rid of dirt (normal mode is sufficient for everyday laundry) and is SO QUIET compared to my previous front loading washing machine.

This is a highly efficient and quiet machine. We have been very pleased. It uses very little water yet does a good job getting the clothes clean.

I've wanted to give it time to see if the washer is good. It is! It is easy to use, fits a good amount per load, and is incredibly quiet! So happy!

I really do like this machine. My old washer wasn't broken, but it was using way too much water for each cycle. The Samsung is quiet and is great on water usage. It is really easy to use and the different cycles options are not confusing at all. Sometimes, I really have to stretch to grab a sock in the back of the drum when the washing is done.

I already had the matching dryer as my old dryer died first. Was pleased to find best price at Best Buy. This model can be troubleshooted through an app on your phone. Very easy to use and maintain. Love the self clean feature, I run a cleaning pod for washing machine through it once a month. Still looks brand new and I’ve had it over a year and a half! Note: they are very low to the floor (as most front-loaders are), get the pedestals if you can.

Unfortunately, my old Samsung washing machine started leaking water and had a hole in the actual tub! I decided to purchase a new machine, similar to my last as I really do like the Samsung Washer and Dryers. Also, didn't hurt that it would fit on existing pedestal. Installed on Oct 12th. Delivery and install was on time although I did need to readjust the level on the pedestal as it was not even when the installers left. Machine was shaking during spin cycle. Once fixed, the machine is fantastic.

This is my 2nd purchase of this front-load Samsung washer. I had one in my last house - and when I moved to my current house - there was a top-load washer. I found that it didn't get my clothes nearly as clean as a front-loader. I think the tumbling action (as opposed to the center agitator) does a much better job getting clothes clean. The Samsung is quiet and has a water-saving feature that I also really like.

Going from the recalled Samsung top load to this is a huge difference. The cloths get noticeably cleaner. We leave the door cracked open when not in use and there has been no smell for the month we have owned it. One great thing that i had not considered is is there is no drain overflow. I live in an old house with 1 1/2 inch drain pipes. New houses use 2'' pipes now. The top loader would overflow the drain when in clean mode. I would have to run a hose out into the yard. This machine doesn't overflow the drain.

I was looking for a stackable laundry system that would allow a normal load of laundry and I was very impressed. The washer does not take up to much room and meets the needs of a 4 family household. We have been using it a couple months now and have had no issues . I was concerned with the high efficency use of less water and the clothes coming clean but even the sheets blankets and towels came out great.

This washer my wife call it easy to use, quiet and cleans cloth. Good value for money product.

Being the first washer without a spindle in the middle it works GREAT! It's quite, cleans well and the automatic settings are just right. I shopped around and this was by far the best price also. I will buy this brand/type of washer again if/when I need to.

This washing machine has been everything it was advertised. The many wash options are great and it is nice and quiet and looks really nice. The only issue I have had is that the normal cycle in cold temperature takes a little longer than I would like. Clothes get clean the first time. I really like this washing machine and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice washing machine a great price.

I always had top loader in the past. This specific unit seemed to have the most value and the front loading had more capacity than the similar priced top loader. Now that we've been using it for a while, I feel like my decision was a good one. My favorite parts are the small amount of liquid soap it needs and the easy controls. The soap dispenser is cool cause I just open it and then push the button on my liquid Tide for a second or two and then hit go! Super easy! Also, VERY quite!

Very quiet, does a great job cleaning, large capacity for comforters up to Queen size, haven't tried King yet

This is a great washer. At this price, it's good looking, easy to use, quiet. Haven't yet smell like other bad reviews said
